Eves POV

Apparently that waiter from Abbrevs went on the news and now everyone knows that Volt and Bloom are dating.

We have been hounded with so many fans and news reporters.
It's getting annoying.

Chapa and I were sitting in my bedroom with my windows and doors locked so they couldn't get in, with our Volt and Bloom outfits on obviously, so they didn't see us as Chapa and Eve.

"This is awful. Maybe my dad has a point."

"What are you talking about?" Chapa mumbled as she flopped down onto my bed and grabbed my wrist so she could pull me down to do the same

"I mean, this" I gestured to the windows where the noise of the reporters had died down a little

"You know he never said this was a bad idea" She reminded me as she laid her head in my lap and I played with her hair to calm us both down

"I know but it was kinda implied" I heard a knock on my door

"It's me" It was my dad so I got up to go unlock the door

"Hey" I greeted him as I opened the door and went back to sit with Chapa

"You doing ok? These reporters are rough." He pointed out

"Are they still there?" I asked tiredly

"No, I told them Natalie Mazdah got pregnant and they cleared off pretty quickly"

"Natalie Mazdah's pregnant?" Chapa asked as she got up slightly

"No." He said through a laugh
"I just said it so they'd leave you guys alone"

"Oh. Thanks" She mumbled as she lay back down

"Yeah we got a call about some Chest Monster thing. It ate some swans or something, I don't know. You wanna come or not?"

"Oh yeah sure. Let's give news reporters even more chance to completely expose our relationship" I agreed sarcastically

"So... you don't wanna go?" He asked and I gave him a narrow-eyed look

When they got back, they told us that news reporters were hounding them with questions about us after they found out that Natalie Mazdah wasn't actually pregnant.

They were trying to wrangle a lock on Chest Monster and were all struggling until they finally managed to get it on him.
They all stepped back with a sort of relief

"You'll never catch me!" Chest Monster yelled

"They literally just caught you" Chapa pointed out

"Yeah shut up chest monster!" Bose yelled as he kicked the box

"Aww, come on dawg."

"Great work everybody. AWOL. Drop that thing off in Barstow" My dad said to Miles

"Barstow?" Chest Monster asked worriedly

"Man I don't wanna go to Barstow right now!" Miles complained

"Phew thank goodness!"

"I'll go tomorrow."

"No!" He groaned

"Alright, just put it in Shoutouts locker" My dad told Miles before Mika protested

"No no no no, not my locker please not my locker!" She begged

"Why not?" My dad asked, fed up

"Because it's the only personal space I have! Miles is always in my bedroom. My dad times my showers because 'you're wasting water' and I've just finished getting everything in here just the way I want it and I don't know maybe you could put it in someone else's locker?" Mika suggested as she gestured to Miles
