Luke's POV
"Guys where are we going don't we have to go back to Julie and preform?" I asked Alex and Reggie confused
"What do you mean we're in Caleb's house band we only preform for him now, not with Julie," Alex says
"Yeah I mean she's great and all but Caleb is way better," Reggie says
Shocked I looked at them and back at the stage torn on whether to go back or follow the guys. Clearly Caleb has brainwashed them and it's probably more dangerous if he knows I'm not brainwashed anymore. But, it's JULIE! I can't live without her, no music is worth making if we're not making it with her. I looked around and reluctantly followed the guys and noticed Willie in an alleyway.
"Uhh guys I think I see one of Caleb's pawns over there, lets go introduce ourselves," I say knowing they won't go if they know that it's Willie.
I walk them over to the alley where Willey was and he looked at me expectantly, so I explained.
"Julie gave me this song so I remember everything okay but they don't," I say, "Help Alex remember and Reggie should follow,"
"I'm so confused how did you remember baised off of a song and not them this doesn't make any sense plus Caleb used a pretty powerful spell on you," He said
"Look all I know is seeing this song helped me remember how much I loved Julie," I paused, "I love Julie, I need to tell her that,"
Willie smirked and said, "So your love helped you remember," I nodded, "So my love for Alex should help him remember?"
I nodded and he said, "How can you trust me? How do you know that Caleb hasn't brainwashed me so I could get close to you guys?"
"Because if that was true you wouldn't still be here," I said
He raised his hands up in defeat and walked over to Alex.
"Luke whos this dude?" Alex asked
"I'm offended hotdog don't you remember me?" Willie asked in fake hurt
"What Alex said and Luke who's his girl?" Reggie asked pointing to Flynn who was standing behind them furiously
"WHY AREN'T YOU GUYS ON STAGE?!" She yelled, "HOW DARE Y-"
"Flynn listen right now them two don't remember a thing I never would want to leave Julie...Wilingly! We were brainwashed!" I said
"I so don't believe you Patterson," She said enraged, "Wait why can I see you guys,"
"You said you could," I said
"No I could sense all of you but could only see Reggie," Flynn explained
"That's not supposed to happen," Willie said
"What do you mean?" I ask
"I knew Julie saved you guys from the jolts and now you guys are visible to a lifer? That's never happened before," He explained
I stood there between my bandmate and the school. I knew Julie was about to start playing again and I wanted to be by her side this time.
"Look I refuse to leave Julie again, you guys can sort this out I'm going to her," I said about to start heading to the school but Flynn stopped me
"What about them?" She said pointing to Alex and Reggie
"Uhh I don't know man," I said, "Honestly I don't know and as long as they badmouth Julie I really don't care,"
Flynn smirks, "Man you are completely swept,"
"I agree," Willie said smirking as well
"That's not the point," I said pacing
"I think I know what's happening," Willie said
"Please explain," Flynn and I said in unison
"Caleb has been trying to come back to life because of his unfinished business. He needs to make amends with his son. I think when Julie saved you guys she also brought you guys back to life. As well as take the jolts." He explained, "He wants her because if she brought you guys back to life she can also bring him back to life."
"This doesn't make any sense why are we wasting any time on her we have places to be and things to do, Let's go Luke," Alex said
"No. Julie is the reason we have music again she is worth everything," I say glaring at him
"I think I have an idea," Flynn says after a bit of silence, "But Reggie needs to snap out of it for it to work,"
"Girl youre the only one who can do that," Willie said
"Yeah remind him of your relationship," I said
"Uhh how exactly am I supposed to do that?" She asked
Me and Willie look at each other with a knowing look and smirk and he answers, "With a kiss,"
