SPORE POV:

"I really need to figh' something."

Dross laughed. "You've said that a hundred times now." "Yeah, and I meant i' every time," she complained. Dream, across the couch, sighed. "You know what? I have an idea. C'mon, Spore, I have this big ass training room that's essentially a gym on steroids." Dross sat up immediately.

"Wait, wait, wait, is this a community gym or a personal gym?" Dream grinned. "Personal. Community ones are lame, they force you to have spotters and there's no real danger. I've actually 'died' multiple times in there, but Demons can reform and shit." Spore grinned, rubbing her hands together. "No. Hell no, Spore is a human. She's gonna die- and STAY dead." Dream raised his eyebrows. "I'm confident that Spore is perfectly capable of training there- but if it makes you feel better, I'll try to keep her from lifting thousand- pound boulders."

Dross still shook her head. "I don't trust you." Dream smirked, shrugging. "Good. You shouldn't." Dross rubbed her face. "Okay. Look. Here's a compromise. I also go to the gym, and if Spore gets in actual danger then I'll be there to protect her." Spore rolled her eyes. "Dross, you're forgettin' who scarred you multiple times, ran away from you for 3 years, an' has performed a Y-incision on you and stole your right kidney."

George burst out in laughter. "What the fuck?!" Spore raised her eyebrows. "That wasn' even the weirdes' thing in there! She has FOUR LUNGS! Tha's not a normal thing for demons! Which explains her fuckin' wheeze!" George's gaze snapped to Dream. Dream shrugged, before turning back to Spore. "An' also, Dross don't have a uterus! Meanin' she NEVER had a period! And that explains why she's so fuckin' TALL!"

Dream cocked his head. "Wait, Dross has a major Estrogen* shortage? So her body overproduced Testosterone?" Spore nodded. "'Aye. An' i' fucked with 'er hormones. Randomly, she 'as random bursts of pain.**" George had no idea what they were talking about, and wisely remained silent. [scroll to the bottom if you want the explanation, this is actually a thing in real life <3]

Spore shook her head. "All righ' we're gettin' off topic. Can we PLEASE go to the gym place now?" Dream nodded, and Dross begrudgingly agreed.

Dream led them to a teleporting spot, and teleported them to a big, dark room full of obstacles.

One spot had a bunch of little tubes pointing up from the floor in a rectangle shape, another had a bunch of hoops hanging over a pit of spikes, another had a bunch of arrow dispensers pointed at a climbing wall, one spot had a hundred targets of varying sizes lined up against a maze, one spot had a bunch of ropes over a big, deep, empty pit, another place seemed to be a boxing arena and had a big door up against the wall, and there was a bunch of platforms over a pit of bubbling lava.. The place was huge.

Spore grinned. Dream reached out towards a lever on the wall, pulling it on. Floodlights filled the room, and the little tubes on the floor all shot up pillars of flames 30 feet tall, the targets in the maze began shifting erratically, moving in jerkish motions, and over the platforms and lava, giant hammers and sickles swung in diffrent directions, slicing at the air. Next to them, a wall flipped around, revealing shit tons of weapons. The most notable part, though, was the door opening to the boxing arena and a giant mechanical octopus-like beast making its way to the center. Its movements were clunky, but fast enough to make up for its lack in fluidity.

Dross winced visibly. "Dream, no way in fuck Spore is doing this. It's too dangerous! This isn't designed for a human! She's going to DIE!" Dream shrugged. "Tell that to her, not to me," Dream said. Dross swiveled. "Spore, you have to- Spore?" Spore was not beside her. Dross wildly looked around, her gaze landing on the maze. Knowing Spore, who preferred archery to everything else, and judging the missing bow from the weapon rack on the wall, she was at the maze.
