Sapnap POV

Where the hell were the angels?

Where the fuck did they go??

Where the fuck did the blob go?

Bad and Sapnap searched their little campsite vigorously, but found nothing. Bad shared a nervous glance with Sapnap. "Should we find Dream?" Bad hesitated. "I don't know, but the longer we're out here the more likely it is that we run into a wild animal." Sapnap nodded. "Let's go see Dream."

Dream's house was northeast from them, and from quickly glancing up at the sun they quickly set a direction. 

After some time of walking, they approached the house, knocking on the door. When they opened the door the lady that knocked out the angels was holding a steaming ramen cup, wearing sweatpants and spaghetti strap tank top with messy ass hair that looked like she'd been hibernating for months. "What do you want?" She asked.

"Uhh.... We want to see Dream." Dross narrowed her eyes. "Are you friends of his?" She asked, waving her chopsticks at them. Sapnap hesitated. "Well, we left Dream on a... somewhat bad note, but we are friends with George." Dross shrugged. "Good enough, come in."

The hunters exchanged glances. That easy? They walked into the house, following her into the living room where Dream was cradling a baby, feeding them milk from a bottle. "Kay, well, that's him. Knock yourself out, I guess." She walked away without another word. 

Dream glanced up, stiffening as he met their gaze. An awkward silence hung over them as they remembered their last interaction when he had an anxiety attack in front of them.

"So... You got a baby?" Bad asked finally. Dream smiled, glancing down at the little bundle on his lap, sticking out his pinky which she immediately grabbed. "Yup. We found her, named her June, and she's made things a lot brighter around here." Dream hesitated. "Why are you here? But, to be fair, good thing you did because we would've moved and left you here."

Sapnap furrowed his brow. They were moving? Demons move? He shoved that thought to the back of his mind, though, focusing on Dream's question. "Uh, the blob you gave us was just... Gone when we woke up. So were the angels." Dream immediately stiffened, shifting his arms around June protectively. Dream said with a tight voice, "Were they awake?" Sapnap hesitated. "...No." Dream hissed, recoiling at his answer. "Shit," he said stiffly. Bad mumbled "language". Sapnap paused. "Why is that bad?"

Dream exhaled softly. "Sapnap, Bad, what I'm about to tell you is going to... be very confusing. I'm not gonna try to sugarcoat this, okay? Any way you cut it, this is earth-shattering news and you are not ready for it." Bad chewed his lip. "You're gonna want to sit down for this," Dream said, gesturing towards the chairs across from him. They sat down. "Okay. Where do I begin... All right. Everyone here lives in a reality, a world, a planet, a place, just- Somewhere. And, there are millions upon millions of other worlds- dimensions- such as this one. Each dimension is a little different. Do you follow?" The hunters nodded.

"The dimension that this baby is from is from a different dimension than ours. Dross- the lady that walked you in- is a different version of me in another universe. The reason why we have things from their universe in ours is because Dross found out a way to jump between dimensions." Dream glanced at them. "This is when it gets a bit confusing. And messy. I don't even fully understand this myself."
