PC had finally finished their breakfast. It tasted very nice! But that wasn't quite important right now. They wanted to learn more about Nightshade. Even though they were nice, she was still a stranger.

They were about to speak, only to see her watching TV. They became curious as to what was going on, so began to watch the TV as well.

"In other news, today is the 10 year anniversary of the Computers victory against his evil counterpart; Evil Computer. His great sacrifice has been honored over all these years. In honor of his sacrifice, a special ceremony is going to be held later today-"

They stopped paying attention after that, since they now knew (or at least had an idea) why Nightshade felt so off when coming up with their name. If they really were like Computer, then giving them the same name would be a bit insensitive.

The news then put Computers image on screen, giving PC a good look at him. PC was a bit surprised. Computer looked a bit like themselves. Similar colors and all. Though, PC's lights weren't multi-colored, like Computer's. Computer also didn't have PC's small horns or tail. Or maybe he did have a tail; it wasn't a full image.

Nightshade noticed their new friend looking over their shoulder. They muted the TV, and turned to face them.

(🌸) Do you know him?

(⚫⚪) I just thought...well, I think I figured out why you didn't call me something normal, like Computer. Its because...of that guy, right?

She paused...

(🌸) You figured out fast.

She then motioned for PC to sit with her on her couch, and they did. She paused for a bit, before they began speaking.

(🌸) Its not like I new the guy personally, but Computer was still a hero to me. His story actually convinced me to change my ways. He was...he was a hero.

(⚫⚪) Really? Wow......he does sound like a great guy. W-What were you like before then?

They paused, hesitating. Eventually, they continued.

(🌸) I used to be...part of a crime group. When they started working for a Mafioso called Cigar, I started having some doubts about them. I didn't want to give up the crime life yet; I just wanted to get away from them. Some of the group helped me avoid Cigar's wrath as I got away. I still did some shady shit, but I never got that serious again.

(🌸) It was only after Evil Computer was defeated, that I really started to change and get better. I guess I felt like if I never changed, I might spiral out of control and end up like him some day. Looking back I realize that I was overreacting a bit, but I still felt like a monster, but someone who could change.

(🌸) It took a while, but now I think I've changed, and I'm better. Or at least, I'm somewhat better. Its hard for me to tell, that's why I usually ask others if what I'm doing is good. Or at least better then what I've done before. Like you...

There was silence in the room for a while. Neither party knew what to say next. PC eventually stood up to put their cup in the sink, since they had now finished their drink. They then walked back over to Nightshade, still unsure of what to say.

(⚫⚪) Well...you seem like a much better person then you say you used to be. I can't tell for sure, of course, but if you had the heart to save me last night, then you seem like a truly good person.

Hearing that, Nightshade felt better. She'd heard it all the time, but that feeling would always end up slipping from them. To hear those words again could help them, but only for so long. Still, it did help in the end, so she loved hearing it nonetheless.

(🌸) Thank you.

Hope this new part is nice! sorry if its been a while since the last update. I've had work and other life stuff get in the way, along with a lack of motivation to write. But I'm back! for a while at least, lol

The next chapter won't be like the rest, since I think my writing style might leave some details out (I'm trying to fix it, sry (T_T) ). So, next chapter will be an interlude of sorts to clear things up, and make things a bit clearer. See ya then!
