Draco had just pointed us out, and immediately, the attention of the slytherin boys snapped to us like a predator spotting prey. Mattheo was the first to speak, his voice a lazy drawl.

"Who exactly did you intend to bring, Draco?" he asked, a smirk playing on his lips as his eyes flicked between Avery and me.

Draco's irritation was evident as he glanced at Avery. "She tagged along," he said dismissively. "But she wasn't part of the plan."

Avery stiffened next to me, her discomfort noticeable. Draco's gaze shifted back to me, taking in my appearance slowly, his eyes lingering on the lines of my dress again, the way it hugged my curves. Maybe the blouse would've been a better choice. He grinned, a dominant glint in his eye.

Mattheo leaned forward, his elbows now resting on his knees as he took in my appearance with a smirk one more time. "Bit of a prude, isn't she? Not exactly your usual type, Draco."

"Well, maybe he's going for something different tonight," Blaise drawled, his eyes scanning me lazily. "Can't say I'm impressed, though."

Theodore snickered, shaking his head. "Is this the choice for tonight's entertainment, Draco? Seems a bit tame, I agree."

I blinked, not fully understanding what they meant, but feeling a growing sense of dread. Draco turned back to the remaining girls lounging nearby, their presence now deemed unnecessary. "Time to go," he said simply, his tone leaving no room for argument as he had already shown us before.

The girls got up without a word, slipping away into the shadows of the party. Now, it was just Avery, me and the slytherin boys. The weight of their collective gaze was almost suffocating, their expressions a mix of curiosity and amusement - what made me want to sink into the floor.

Draco stepped closer, his eyes locking onto mine. "You have no idea what you've gotten yourself into, do you?" he said, with his voice low.

I swallowed hard, trying to maintain my composure. Avery shifted uncomfortably next to me, clearly feeling as out of place as I did.

"Relax," Draco said, his grin widening. "We're just getting started."

Draco's gaze was intense as he stepped closer to me as he smoothly lifted his right hand up towards my face. His thumb slowly grazing over my bottom lip. The touch was electrifying, setting my skin on fire, and I felt a mix of anger and inexplicable attraction course through me. What the fuck was happening?! His eyes never left mine, even as his friends watched with curiosity and clear amusement.

Then, with a dramatic flourish, Draco turned away from me, his arms widening as if he were a showmaster about to introduce the main act in this messed up scene. "Gentlemen," he began, his voice full with confidence. "Let me tell you about our unexpected guests."

I could feel his touch lingering on my lip, a burning imprint that refused to fade. I hated the way my body reacted to him, the way his mere presence seemed to command every ounce of attention in the room. But there was something undeniably magnetic about him, something that made it impossible to look away as he delivered his show.

"Picture this," Draco said, painting a vivid scene with his words. "I'm minding my own business at this chaotic party, when out of nowhere, she crashes into me. Spills my drink all over. Completely ruins my evening." He paused, letting the words hang in the air for dramatic effect. His friends leaned in, their interest piqued by his story.

Mattheo chuckled, shaking his head mockingly. "Sounds like a disaster."

Draco smirked. "Oh, and it gets better. Because you see, this isn't just any girl. This right here is Catalina Blackwood, the ex-girlfriend of none other than... William Carter. You know, the beloved beater from Gryffindor. Our best buddy."
