Aria headed to find Mark since she was on his service and had just finished preparing one of his patients for surgery. She found him with Derek, Meredith and Cristina and someone else she hadn't recognised.
"Mark just the person I was looking for. 2218 is prepped and ready for the O.R if you find time to do her surgery." Aria says with a smirk while the rest turn to look at her.
"Ah twin A. Thank you for that it was very funny." Mark says to her as she smiles while rolling her eyes at the old nickname.
"I do try to keep you feeling in your youth." She quipped while Derek chuckled at her remark towards his best friend.
"You used to be my favourite Grey. By the way have you met Derek's sister? This is Amelia she is also a neurosurgeon." Mark says as Aria turns to her as she smiles.
"Aria Grey her older twin nice to meet you."Aria says pointing at Meredith while holding her hand out which Amelia shakes.
"Amelia Shepherd. I like you already." She smiled brightly at the eldest Grey who smiled.
"Should we be worried about this?" Mark asked looking between Meredith and Derek before Aria hit his head.
"Let's go Sloan." Aria says as she grabs Marks arm as she walks away with him as they all chuckled at the pair.

"A condom?" Alex and Aria asks both utterly confused by what Meredith had just said.
"Yep." Meredith tells them nodding.
"Wait, and she aspirated it?" Cristina asks her as Jackson cuts across Aria and Cristina.
"A condom in her lung?I'm gonna gag." Jackson says as he walks ahead as Aria looks at him with an expression of disgust which Alex noticed with a smirk.
"And her fiance thinks she's a virgin. So I ..." Meredith says to them as they chuckle as Jackson cuts her off.
"Okay, here we go. Here we go. Check it out." Jackson says as they peek through the room of Jerry's door and see Lexie struggling.
"Ew. Ew. Ew. Okay, now I think I'm gonna gag."Alex muttered while Aria pulled a face at her sister's patient.
"Oh, look at Grey. It looks like she's gonna heave." Cristina says to them.
"She's looked like that all day." Jackson laughs while Aria scowled hitting him in the shoulder hard while he looked at her. Aria pulled a face at him causing the others to laugh at the pair.
"I mean, I kinda wish I was in there." Meredith tells them as they all look at her.
"What?" Alex says to her confused.
"Seriously, how often does a case like this come long?" Meredith says to them.
"About as often as 27-year-old virgin." Alex says to them as they all agree with him besides April.
"She could still be a virgin.Just 'cause she's 27, I mean, it's ... it's not impossible" April says to them as she laughs slightly.

"So, Karev, how old were you your first time?" Jackson says as he looks over at Alex.
"15. School nurse, back of her car." Alex began explaining while Aria turned to Meredith and Cristina sticking her fingers in her mouth to be sick.
"15? That's impressive." Jackson says to him nodding as he smiles slightly at Aria's reaction.
"When I was 16, she taught me how to drive that same car." Alex says causing Aria to scoff catching Alex attention while he smirks at her reaction.
"Sophomore in high school, Paul Waxman, had absolutely no idea what he was doing." Meredith tells them while Aria looked up at her in slight surprise.
