AUTHOR POV.

(in Mumbai)

The airport was busy and quite crowded as usual. Travelers were going to different parts of the world, many leaving behind their loved ones. A couple was hugging, the girl crying in her man's arms. Another man sighs as he sees them.

VEER POV.

I was returning home to Delhi after almost 5 years. 5 years ago I came here to work in my grandfather's company leaving behind my parents, relatives, friends and her..... I remembered as I saw the couple how she was crying hugging me making it harder for me to leave. Her biggest fear was that a long-distance relationship wouldn't last and she was right. We were a couple who had never fought or felt insecure about each other. We used to trust each other more than ourselves.............that was before I shifted to Mumbai

Not long after I came here ,fights started and trust issues started pouring in and within 2 years it was over. My number was blocked and I had no more infomation about her. How quickly the time passes as I think about her ,I heard them calling out my flight name and It was the time to leave.

(In Delhi)

I reached Delhi and met my parents after 5 long years. Both were in tears as soon as they saw me. Relatives and friends started coming and meeting me, but all I was thinking was about her, does she know that I was back. I started brushing those thoughts off my mind forcing myself to accept the fact that she was now my ex.

In the evening I decided to visit a cafe so I called Ravi. Well I offered him a job in my company after becoming the ceo and I would have done the same for her that is if we still together. We sat down in the cafe and I started relaxing my mind.

ZOE POV.

I was packing up my things ready to go back home from work when Pari came up to me with a cup of coffee.

Zoe: thanks bae

Pari: No worries, btw I was thinking about visting the club at night

Zoe: I feel tired

Pari: Zoe, come on why do you want to be dull

Zoe: I just don't feel like clubing I have never been in a club without Veer

Pari: babe its time we find you a new guy, Its been 3 years since he broke up with you. When are you planning to move on

Zoe: It's just that I heard that he is back and I really don't want to bump into him

Pari: he's back!!!! When, aah leave it let's go home

(In Zoe's house)

I was peacefully sitting on the couch when I heard Mom and Dad discussing something about Mala aunty. She was my mom's childhood friend but they lost contact a few years after she got married. My mom met her somewhere a few days ago. Though I hadn't met her yet she was all my mom has been talking about since then. I started listening to what they were talking about Mala

Okay so it seems like she has a son and she was looking for a bride for her son. She says that her son is very responsible, earn wells and......... then it clicked to me. But no I wasn't ready for marriage especially an aranged one, but I knew they wouldn't listen. How could they do this to me their only daughter after 3 sons. I got up and went straight to my room trying to go to sleep before they drag me in their conversation.
