DOTS 46: Jealousy

CHAPTER FORTY-SIX

Mr. Nathan brought Abby in a quiet room and just the two of them.

"You know who I am right?" Mr. Nathan immediately asked.

"Yup. You are Jayven's Uncle." Abby replied.

"Not that."

"I don't understand what you're talking about." Abby is pretending.

"Stop pretending or I'll kill you." It was a threat but Abby laughed.

"How funny. I don't understand what you are saying Mr. Nathan." Abby answered.

"Go on just pretend. I have a gift for you soon." Nathan said.

"Don't you dare hurt Jayven here." Abby said.

"Why would I? He was my nephew." Nathan laughed.

"Didn't you hear what Corvina said to you? That because of you Jayven will be in danger." He's right.

"I am not letting that happen." Abby said.

"Stop pretending I know you're scared too." Nathan said and he was right.

"All I want is for you to disappear. Leave him and be on your own." He added.

"You will like my gift so keep pretending." He said and stood up.

As soon as he left, Abby became weak. She started crying and sobbing.

"Abby!" Yvann called her and Abby held her.

"Find everything about him. What he planned, what he's up to. EVERYTHING!!!" Abby wailed. Yvann hugged him.

"J-Jayven... he is always in danger when he's with me. I want to protect him this time." It said crying.

Yvann wiped her tears,
"Yes, we will. We will Abby."

After a few minutes of comforting Abby, they left the room. She leaned on Yvann's arm.

"Abby... Jayven is here." Yvann whispered.

"Why didn't you tell me he's here?" He said bowing down.

"Why? So you don't want me to see this?" Abby was surprised.

"That a man is holding you while leaving that room?" He added.

"Jayven it's now what you think okay." Abby said and reluctantly let go of Yvann.

Abby fell and Yvann caught her.

"Abby let's go home." Yvann said.

"Let go of her!" Jayven said and pulled Abby and Abby was hurt.

"You're hurting her!" Yvann said.

"Brother no." Abby said.

"Let's go." Yvann said.

"I'll go with Jayven, so you can go now." Abby whispered. Yvann sighed and put his suit jacket on Abby.

"Tsk." Jayven said and helped Abby leave.

"You're hurting me." Abby whispered.

"Why the hell are you with him?" He said angrily while they were in the backseat of the car.

Arsen was driving and Hael was at the passenger seat.

"Don't curse at me." Abby said and put on Yvann's jacket.

"Give me that." Jayven said possessively and threw Yvann's jacket on the road.

"JAYVEN!!!" Abby shouted.

"What's wrong with you?" Abby said and held her head.

"You! You're the one who's wrong." It was the first time Jayven shouted.

"Earlier you hurt me, then you insulted me and now you're yelling at me?" Abby sighed.

"Wow Jayven, just wow." Abby said in disbelief.

"I am not cursing at you, I was cursing that damn guy. I didn't mean to hurt you and yell at you." Jayven said calmly but you knew he was still angry.

"Stop making excuses. Yvann is my brother, I'm sure Ivy told you that." Abby promised.

"You are not blood related." Jayven answered.

"We've been together since I was young Jayven… Stop being jealous of someone like him." Abby said.

"That's the point..." Abby looked at him.

"He knows you for so long and I didn't get the chance to do that." Abby remained silent.

...

They arrived at the penthouse and Abby got out of the car. Jayven was ahead and Arsen and Hael were with Abby.

"What happened to him?" Abby asked in a whisper.

"Mr. Nathan showed him a photo of you and that man hugging together and looking at each other while he was talking to you." Abby said and Abby laughed out of frustration.

"He believed his uncle instead of me huh." Abby whispered.

"Get inside." Jayven opened the door and 10 men showed up to Abby.

"Go upstairs." Jayven said.

"What is this Jayven?" Abby asked.

"Make sure that no matter what happens, she doesn't get out of my penthouse. If she gets out, I'll kill you all." Jayven said that and made Abby bite her lips.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!" Abby shouted.

"YOU WILL KEEP ME HERE, I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT HAPPEN WHY YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE THAT." Abby said.

"YOU BELIEVE YOUR OWN UNCLE THAN ME." She cried.

"I fucking hate you!" Abby crying said in front of Jayven's face and threw the jacket that Jayven had given her earlier.

"I HATE YOU SO MUCH!" Abby added and went upstairs to lock herself in her room.

"I HATE HIM." Abby said and fell on the bed.

'Why did he have to do that?'
'He's not like he used to be.'
'How could he?'
'He doesn't love me anymore.'
Abby's brain was full of questions

Abby was in pain and kept crying until she fell asleep.
