Up on the second floor, the Minds and Fists team were both looking for the security room. The second floor was far less crowded, and they only ever ran into bodyguards and security -all dressed in suits, for some reason- who didn't really care about the presence of the eight masked strangers.
All the signs halted when they spotted a huge door across the hallway, black in colour with sensors on both sides. Must be the room with the HOPC in it.
They all looked at each other, nodding after realising that they were all on the same page.
"That means the security room must be nearby," Taurus says, eyes scanning the hallway further before he notices another room with a distinctive black door, "There." He points.
All the signs walk toward the door, looking around for security before barging in.
The three men inside were huge and muscular, but they were easily taken down by Aries, Capricorn, and Pisces, and they each were tranquillized into oblivion. One of them tried to call Lucifer, but Sagittarius hit him with a hard blow, causing the phone to fly off, and hit the ground. Sagittarius tranquillized him right after.
Libra was sitting on the chair beside the camera footage screen, forging another fingerprint of all the fingerprints gathered by the Faces team.
Virgo pulled the replica of the Heart of Proxima Centauri out of a box in her bag and gave it to Pisces.
Why is it even called the Heart if it's cylindrical? The question passed through some of their heads before they shrugged it off.
Gemini sat in front of the CCTV camera footage and watched as men in suits walked around the floor.
"Alright guys, this is it." Capricorn says, "We're gonna head out now and get this done." He dramatically walks toward the door of the security room.
"And how exactly are you going to open the door without the key?" Libra stands up, passing the thick slip of tape to the blonde man.
"I knew I was missing out on something," He mutters.
Libra played around with the earpieces for a while before being able to connect all twelve earpieces to each other, "Can you hear me...? Cancer?"
"Oh, hi." Cancer's voice says, and Libra's heart skipped a beat.
"Great." Libra calls out, "I've connected all our earpieces, I was sure the Fists team would need it to keep in touch with the Minds team."
Cancer's voice died down on the other end, and Libra could hear muffled conversations between her and Aquarius.
Gemini watched as the men walked past the bigger black door on the screen, "Go now." She says, "You have a three-minute window before the guards get back." She noticed the pattern ten minutes ago.
"Okay, all of you stay silent." Virgo orders, "Whatever we say must be explicit to the Fists team. We can't afford miscommunication." She looks at her own members, "Got it, Faces?"
Quiet and muffled agreement was heard from the other end.
The Fists team immediately walked out of the security room and headed towards the door, and Capricorn immediately placed the slip of the fingerprint on the sensor beside it.
The door opened inward and Aries pushed it open further. The four signs walked in and closed the door behind them. Gemini immediately deleted the footage of the signs outside the door, and she watched as they got in and watched as lasers moved across the room.
Virgo pressed a few buttons on the keyboard, "Okay, guys, I can disable the lasers for two minutes, tell me when you're ready."
"I'll go get it?" Pisces says, eyebrows raised.
