All the signs had to leave for their assigned tasks around evening, as that's when Lucifer's and his family's play was to begin, and besides, the time just made sense.Pisces and Aries were in his car, and although the female suggested driving, the male insisted and so, there they were, in one of Ophiuchus's many vehicles, that he partially owned along with the rest of the zodiacs.
Pisces had her eyes on the road as Aries drove, his gaze occasionally landing on the beautiful blonde beside him.
He tried not to get distracted, you know, not get them killed just because he's almost never been alone with Pisces, and whatever you may think, it was incredibly hard keeping his eyes off of her.
Pisces could occasionally feel his gaze on her, and honestly, it freaked her out, but she didn't say anything, the blush spoke for itself.
She watched as rows of trees disappeared behind her peripheral before another row reappeared.
They'd been driving for a while, and Pisces hated silence, but for some weird reason, this one wasn't eating her alive.
It was almost...okay, comfortable.
Almost.
"How are we going to get into his mansion?" She suddenly voiced.
"I've heard Lucifer doesn't keep guards," Aries says, "And frankly, he doesn't have to, even if I were a world-class murderer, the last thing I'd do is pay the devil a visit."
"And yet, here we are, not murderers, just thieves, paying his minions one," Pisces says.
"We're more than just thieves, Pi."
The nickname glazed her cheek with pink and she couldn't think of a reply, and so the conversation died.
The death wasn't a long one though, the mortality of the break in conversation came when Aries pulled the car into a halt in front of a humongous mansion. Not as enormous as the one back in London, but huge just the same.
Aries scanned the structure as he heard Pisces gasp.
"No guards." He remarked.
"No guards." She muttered, gaping in awe, transfixed, "Let's try breaking in then."
Aries smirked, "Let's."
Taurus and Cancer were walking down the street to the posh restaurant. It was a little far, but the usage of a car or a motorbike seemed unnecessary.
Their hands brushed past each other's, but none of them wanted to pull away. Taurus felt a smile tugging at his lips as he watched the black-haired girl who was much shorter than him.
It was the height difference she deserved.
(*wink wink*)
They were walking in a silence and frankly, though it wasn't the least bit awkward, Cancer wasn't a fan of it.
"So..." She looked up at the six-foot something brunette, "What exactly are we gonna do when we get there?"
"We'll cross that bridge when we-" Taurus was cut off by the abrupt alarmed, and somewhat uncomfortable looked that flashed on Cancer's face.
Taurus followed her gaze to a bunch of men leaning against their halted motorbikes, smoking cigarettes. They were all looking at Cancer in a way that made Taurus's blood boil.
"È molto bella." One of them smirked, looking at another guy who nodded.
"Mi chiedo come sarrebe a letto." Another said, his eyes draining the blood out of Cancer's body.
