I hear Muzan threatening to kill Doma. Doma lowers his head. His head turns slightly, hidden from Muzan's view. His eyes meet mine and his smile is sinister. He's going to do it again. He's not going to stop. I have a feeling it will be much worse than just touching me. I shudder at the mere thought.
I open my mouth, but someone is suddenly behind me, an arm wrapped around my chest, holding my arms down tightly. His palm covered my mouth, stopping me from screaming. It's a demon. Who? Why? I can't tell who it is from this angle.
I still try to struggle. I'm afraid. Is he going to hurt me? "If you say anything to our Master, we won't hold back, understand?" He threatens.
I stopped fighting against him. I watch as Doma apologizes to Muzan. "I'm sorry, sir. It won't happen again."
Muzan's face calms. "Good." Then Doma disappears. Akaza appears in his place. "I have an important mission for you, Akaza." He watches Akaza as he kneels. "Something is going on with Doma. Keep an eye on him. Don't make it obvious."
Akaza nods. "Yes, sir."
Akaza disappears after he agrees. I do something I will definitely regret, I lick the demon's hand that's covering my mouth. He drops his hand instantly releasing me. "Gross."
I quickly shove him, running away from him, throwing the sliding door open. I run straight for Muzan as fast as my legs will carry me. "M-Muzan." I whimper as he wraps his arms around me.
He holds me close. "Are you alright? What's going on? You're safe now." He reassures me but I don't feel safe now in the slightest.
"Sorry...I-" I look back at his room, not seeing anyone, but the threat is still making me afraid. "I had a nightmare. You were gone." I lie.
He rubs my back. "I'm here now. I had business to attend to." He says softly. I feel better when I'm near him. I still feel on edge. My heart is racing.
What is Doma's plan? Why would he be after me? Is it something else he's after? Does he know something about my parents?
I tighten my grip on Muzan's shirt. "Can we leave the infinity castle and go out to eat somewhere. Just us?" I hope he says yes.
He's taken by surprise. He leans back, smiling down at me. "A date?" He asks, his voice calming as he smirks. "That sounds like a great idea. I want to take you shopping. You'll need something nice to wear and some other clothes to wear so you're comfortable." He rubs his thumb across my cheek.
"That sounds great. Let's go, Muzan." I smile up at him. My heart starts to beat back to its normal rhythm.
Nakime transports us into a dark alley. I take Muzan's hand, walking out into the crowd. This place is bustling and lively. I can hear music coming from a nearby building.
My worries are forgotten as I look around at our new surroundings. "Where are we?" I ask, barely able to contain my excitement.
There are tall buildings and bright lights that illuminate the city right now. Many people are walking. A carriage goes by. There are countless marketplaces on both sides. I'm curious about all of them.
"Are you excited? Being in such a small town, I can assume that you've never been in a big city before today."
I nod my head, still looking around. I start to walk. "I am. I've never been out of my small town before. This is amazing. There's so much to see. Where do I start?" I nearly start bouncing wjth joy and curiosity.
He walks close to me. "Don't stray far, but if something happens for us to get separated, the Twelve Kizuki and myself all know your scent. You have nothing to be afraid of."
My eyes widen. "All of you...know my scent?" I don't know how I feel about that. They do have heightened abilities, so being able to sniff me out shouldn't be that surprising.
"Let's go inside this women's clothing shop." Muzan suggests, leading me inside. The woman behind the counter smiles wider at us.
"Welcome back, Mr. Kibutsuji. How can I assist you today?" The older lady asks from behind the counter.
Muzan smiles down at me. "She needs clothing. Just some comfortable outfits to wear around the house. Maybe something nice for our dinner this evening."
I lean into him.
"Of course. Miss, if you'd come to the back area, I'll take your measurements. It won't take long." She smiles sweetly.
Muzan releases my hand, kissing my forehead. He's trying to reassure me. I walk over to her and she leads me into the back.
"Stand here, Miss." She sets paper and pen down onto the nearest table, most likely to write down my measurements. "I'm going to start now."
"O-okay." My voice comes out softer and quieter than I meant for it. She doesn't seem to have a problem hearing me.
She begins measuring different parts of my body. She's writing everything down. Once she's done, she turns to face me.
"I'll start picking out a few things. Would you like to try anything on?"
"Um, no. Just the outfit I'll be wearing for our date tonight. I'll wear it out if that's alright?" I ask, slightly nervous.
"That's perfectly fine. Have a seat." She gives me a small smile, walking through a door.
A few minutes later, she comes out with a beautiful lavender kimono. It has white doves and streaks of gold. It looks expensive.
"Do you like it, Miss?" She asks, bringing it over to me. "The dressing room is to your left. Go ahead and change. I'll give your other bags to Mr. Kibutsuji."
I quickly go into the dressing room, changing into the kimono. Tying the bow in the back, I look into the mirror. I'm breathtaking. I could never afford something this exquisite.
I step out of the dressing room once I'm ready to go. I've come face-to-face with a demon. They are not of the Twelve Kizuki. He takes a step towards me. I take a step back, preparing to scream when a hand covers my mouth. The demon in front of me, begins quickly tying my wrists together with rope while chuckling.
"Time to go." He says as I'm ushered out a back door.
I'm being kidnapped by demons.
