Shinobu POV
When I was talking to Shinazugawa, he told me his plan was to ask him out today. I hope it goes well for him, but it's painfully obvious that Tomioka likes Shinazugawa, so it's almost guaranteed for Tomioka to accept his invite.
But, there are many ways this could go wrong, too. Tomioka's oblivious to almost everything. Hopefully, he'll understand.
Shinazugawa's also a little... I don't know. I have a feeling, since he doesn't seem to want to, he'll ask with little to no effort in trying to get Tomioka to go out with him.
But I shouldn't be doubting them. I'm almost sure all will go well.
Then, I heard a knock at my office. It was Shinazugawa. I'm guessing he's here to tell me how it went.
God, I hope he wasn't stupid.

Sanemi POV
I headed over to the Butterfly Mansion to tell Kocho how it went, so I could confirm that he'll be busy on his birthday. I knocked on her office door.
When she opened the door for me, she looked like she had been deep in thought. Then, she said, "How'd it go?"
I answered with,
"He said he'd like to go out with me. It was a success."
I tried not to show her how happy I actually was about it.
She clasped her hands together after I said how it went. She looked relieved. She then spoke up and said,
"That's great! I'll make sure to tell the others."
I know she has to, for the party, but it's kind of embarrassing going out with him. I just know Uzui is going to nag me about it for the rest of the month.

Tengen's POV
As I was talking with the Hashira, excluding Tomioka, Kocho, and Tokito, about Tomioka's birthday, Kocho was approaching us.
When she eventually stood in front of us, she spoke.
Shinazugawa told me he got Tomioka to leave his estate on his birthday! So, that's out of the way, luckily."
Oh my fucking God. Our plan worked! It's so obvious that they like each other, and this'll surely help them realize it.
