Vivian stopped outside Siobhan's house. The two of them had arranged to go for a walk.
When the blonde sat down in the car, they looked at each other briefly.
"Hey..." said Vivian. She didn't really know whether she should just kiss her.
" Hi..."
The nurse rubbed the back of her neck nervously. " Siobhan? Can I kiss you?"
Siobhan couldn't help but smile. Vivian was just so respectful.
" Gladly..."
Carefully, Vivian leaned towards her.
Siobhan's heart leapt again when their lips touched.
There wasn't much going on in the park today. The two of them walked around and talked. After a while, Vivian carefully dared to take Siobhan's hand. This surprised the blonde, but she allowed it.
Siobhan was happy, it had been a long time since she had felt this way. All the suffering of the last few years had paid off. She had never thought that her happiness would be with a woman.
So the two of them spent the afternoon outdoors.
When Vivian dropped her back home. It was Siobhan who immediately kissed her goodbye.
When Siobhan entered the office on Monday, to her surprise, Marjorie was already there with the Knight Siblings.
They all looked at her anxiously.
"Has something happened?" the blonde asked cautiously.
"We have a problem," said Autumn.
Reece nodded. " Andrew Walker."
Siobhan immediately became tense. This was Roger's lawyer. A power-hungry and greedy monster and Roger's golf buddy.
"What about him?"
" My love, you were seen on Saturday..."
"And Walker has been trying to get our father out of prison the whole time," Reece said seriously.
Siobhan had to sit down.
Autumn spoke now. "He's trying to set you up. Because you gave Father an alibi when you first testified..."
Marjorie put her arm around Siobhan.
"What does that mean?" the blonde asked, her voice trembling.
"We all want you to be happy Siobhan. But to outsiders, it looks like the whole thing was planned by you to get our father's money," said Autumn.
"Viv nearly died!" Siobhan shouted.
" You know how people are.... If only Vivian could remember the attack... then she could incriminate Roger so that Walker wouldn't stand a chance..." whispered Marjorie.
"So you're telling me to stay away from her?"
" Not that. But try to keep it low. I'm sorry Siobhan..." said Reece.
