Abyssal Beginnings

"The Trinity decided the space around them was too dull, dark and displeasing, so they shined their bright white light and created a domain for themselves, a safe haven."

"They begat their children there and then created worlds, suns and moons, and even made people to live on these worlds and benefit from them. "

"But here's how it truly went."

"The Trinity arrived in the Abyss. They shined their bright little light and took part of the abyssal territory as their own."

"When they used their power they hurt us, they damaged and wounded the Abyss. As king and kin, I had felt it too."

The Stranger sits leaning against the stone wall and gulps from the chalice of wine given to him.

"My true name is spoken in ancient abyssal dialect. But in your tongue, I am Alexander. I was the first King of the Abyss, I was here before the "Trinity". We lived in darkness but it was peaceful."

He proclaims to Vonroe, but Vonroe's mind seems elsewhere.

"Hey. What was your name again?" Alex asks Vonroe and also snapping him out from wherever his mind was.

"Yeah i'm uh Vonroe. Probably king to you now so." Vonroe responds solemnly but with a slight chuckle.

Vonroe continues "So your okay? I just wanted to make sure you were okay, ya know cause of the fact your in the dungeon, of which happens to be your old castle, naked."

Alex stares at him intensely.

"That treacherous being, calls himself Sour or something like that. But I cared not, I knew he wouldn't be able to handle being king and neither will you." Alex tells Vonroe, only for him to respond with, "You're right."

Alexander stares at him surprised.

"I cannot take the crown from you nor do I want it. I do not require the throne to live." Alex horribly insinuates.

Vonroe nods smiling saying "Yeah, well you do require some clothing."

Vonroe then approaches and slides down the wall sitting next to Alexander in his cell deep beneath Castle Black

"I like you. I haven't spoken to anyone worth speaking to in millennia. That false god believed he killed me but, I believed it was time I did other things." Alex vents to Vonroe.

Vonroe lets out a deep sigh responding.

"So your vacation was down here? No judgement, I just know I'd rather be somewhere else."

"I must thank that trinity for all the beautiful beings and wonderful sights I've seen throughout the universe, I have ventured but I find myself back home. But Im just a very old being, I want to know how you ended up here." Alex responds with a deep chuckle as he gulps down more wine.

Vonroe stands letting out a grunt telling Alexander "I saved the Universe. But uh it sure doesn't feel like it. I can understand a language of a place in a different dimension, I have these generals who just stare at me, the subjects are either insane or monsters, down there some townspeople say I don't kill enough and I just wish i could go home to my friends. Im not fit for king duty."

As Vonroe vents the two traverse up the castle to get Alexander some clothing.

The two stand in Vonroe's royal quarters as Alexander rummages through his wardrobe.

"The Abyss birthed me and I acknowledge it as my mother. We once watched the Extrinsic and Intrinsic wage war on each other for eons, ohh how things have changed young Von." Alexander explains to Vonroe slipping into a pair of pants.
