The name's Mitchell Ayers-- AKA, one of the most popular guys at Brookhaven High. I'm a senior, the captain of the football team, and state wrestling champion. I am currently in jail, believe it or not! I took the blame for my girlfriend, Alice's, little party bust and landed myself in here for about a month. Long story short, that month has passed, and I'm finally out of here. Hopefully this won't stain my record, I was hoping to pursue my dreams of playing in college football!

I'll definitely go pro.

...Definitely.

To celebrate my release, I immediately went to talk to Alice at her place. She lives across town, so I had to drive over in my gorgeous blue Lexus RX. As a pointer, I love my car more than I love my own life-- I love my life, so that has to be saying something.

Because Alice is my dear girlfriend, I don't even knock, I just walk right on in. She's probably just sitting on her couch scrolling through her own Instagram stories anyway. Besides, she's loyal! She wouldn't be doing anything she's not supposed to! To my surprise though, she was talking to somebody when I went inside. And that person I despise most in life.

"Imagine, though, getting caught for something THAT stupid. My friends back at URC would have a field day if they knew my sister was that big of an idiot!"

Alice and her brother, Connor, are standing and talking in the kitchen.

"Please don't say anything about me to them!" Alice pleaded. "I'll be so uncool when I get into college! I'll be an outcast like you were when mom forced us to go to that Catholic school!"

"Catholics don't understand my sense of fashion."

"Ummm hi," I announced, making myself known to them.

"MITCHY!" Alice screamed, running to give me a big, rib-crushing hug. "You're finally out! I've missed you!"

"Missed you too, Ally."

My eyes met with Connor Wilson as Alice kissed my cheek repeatedly.

"Wow, happy that my little sister is still dating a criminal," he hissed, crossing his arms.

"It wasn't that big of a deal, Connie," Alice rebutted, still holding onto me. "You got caught a lot of times with weed AND beer."

"He still hasn't told you, huh? You're living your life this oblivious-ly? You're acting like a bimbo, Alice."

"Ouch, okay, druggie. At least I'll have pretty pink lungs when I'm 50. You'll be DEAD by 39."

"Not what I'm talking about, IDIOT. There's some things I think your boy-toy has to tell you."

Is he seriously trying to sell me out right now?! Alice slowly turned to look at me after that comment, I just nervously smiled at her.

"What."
