Hey. I'm Jack. Oh right, I'm a senior, too. Ever since I was 7, my family and I moved all over the country. I've seen a lot of faces, met a lot of people, and seen a lot of beautiful sceneries-- but no matter how hard I tried, I could never fit in. Thankfully though, some kid wearing all pink and I'm pretty sure light-up sketchers welcomed me into their friend group. Now I think I'm friends with a preppy rich girl and her token ginger cousin? This school is definitely no different from all the others, but something about the students doesn't sit right with me.

Been here two days and there's already been two people murdered. The first person, some guy's dad; the other, Kelly Daines, my new friends' friend. The four of us have been trying to piece together a decent outline for a suspect. Well? So far we've got nothing. Or should I say they've got nothing. I've been keeping a lot to myself, but using what Quinn said at the party, and the people missing, and disclosure from that Collin boy, I've been thinking of some possibilities. Though, they're just hunches.

In front of a trailer, in a suspicious-looking trailer park, I stood behind Hades and Quinn while Alice knocked on the door. Answering the door, was a muscular-built guy I'm assuming is in our grade. His hair was greasy, and he had a few cuts on his face.

"Jonathan!" Alice exclaimed excitedly. "Hey buddy! How's your dad--"

This 'Jonathan' then slammed the door shut right in her face. Smart.

"That was severely insensitive!" Quinn yelled, hitting her cousin on the back of the head.

"Sorry, I thought it was funny... I'll try again!"

Alice then knocked on the door again.

"I don't think he's gonna answer again after that." I conceded.

To my surprise, Jonathan did open the door again. Why? Did he think it would've been somebody else? I take back my smart comment about him.

"What." he growled, crossing his arms.

For some reason, I guess he's giving her another chance. If I were him, I wouldn't have, but that's just me.

"Sorry about that dad comment, I didn't mean to say that," Alice laughed, hoping he'd be forgiving. "We came here to chat with you a bit."

"About?"

"Come on... You serious? I think it's obvious, Jonathan, we're here about your dad."

"Is that another joke?"

"Jonathan," Quinn interjected, pushing Alice aside. "We wanna know a few things about your relationship with your dad. Was it good? Did your dad have any enemies? Any connections to the Daines?"

"You interrogating me?" he snapped, looking her up and down. "I only answer to the feds. Last time I checked, you're the least racist Ryzen."

"W-what? I-I'm just gonna ignore that last part. But I mean, yeah, it is kind of an interrogation, just hear me out, though. All we're trying to do is find a lead to your dad's and Kelly's murder. Just work with us this one time, pleeeassse?"
