21. Uh oh🦋

Brooklyn's POV:

10:30

The clock in my living room showed 10:30. I stared at it for a few minutes without thinking anything, my mind completely empty from just waking up. My head ached and felt like vomiting.

Shit, I'm so hung over right now.

Why the hell did I get drunk in the first place? Didn't I have plans today? Where was Hawks?

I asked myself a million questions, but none seemed to be important. Then it dawned on me... I had plans today.

Shit!

There was no plans or missions that Shigaraki told me about, so I started taking offers from heros to do their missions. I normally avoid Endeavors missions, no matter how easy it is. But this time I couldn't help myself when he offered me 10k, to capture some small group of men that apparently were on a robbing spree all over Japan. Endeavor is off duty because in his last battle he broke a few bones, and he's resting for a big battle he has coming up.

I was supposed to be on my way to him, to make sure I have all the information correct at 11:00!! That's 30 minutes from now, how the hell am I gonna shower, dress, feed me, Kyo, and make it there on time?!

"Fuck." I let out, the first word that comes out my mouth since I've woken up. Flying with hawks always seems to be a faster way of traveling, he's probably sick of my shit since I got drunk yesterday... but! Why not give him a call, it's worth a shot.

As soon my brain agrees to it as a good decision to call hawks, my hands instantly go searching for my phone. I know I had it, I remember it dying when I tried to call Hawks last night.

Dummy, it's probably still dead since you passed out on your couch when you got home.

Okay? Still doesn't explain why I can't find it.

My inner thoughts pile up with confusion when I can't feel my phone anywhere. I lift myself up and off the couch to get a better look, but I instantly regret it when my head begins to feel like it'll explode at any minute. Fuck hangovers, right?

Times ticking and I still can't find my phone nowhere. I curse some more under my breath as the idea of calling Hawks to fly me to endeavor's place was canceled. I give up on my phone and run to the shower.

Time skip

"Aaah" I let out a calm but panicking on the inside noise. Trying my hardest to beat the record of getting dressed the fastest, as I put my clothes on and brush my hair at the same time. Multitasking god, I know.

I rush out the bathroom, and go to the kitchen. Kyo follows instantly behind me, knowing exactly what time it was. I got out pots and his bowls, making him breakfast. Obviously dogs have their own food, but some breakfasts are safe for dogs if you don't give them too much of it every day.

Time skip

"Damn shoes!" I yell out in frustration as I struggle to put them on.

"This would be much easier if I had a charged phone and ability to never have a hangover." I mumble to myself as a take one last look at the clock.

10: 45

I have to practically run to this guys place. I felt the urge to give up and tell him to go screw himself for everything he put me through in the past, but then I quickly remind myself of the money.
