"We've lost our way," Amelia said, her voice heavy with regret as they read the review together.

Jack nodded, the weight of their recent struggles evident in his posture. "We've been so focused on expansion, on proving ourselves, that we've forgotten what made us special in the first place."

They made a decision then and there. They would take a step back, reevaluate their priorities, and remember why they fell in love with cooking - and each other - in the first place.

Over the next few weeks, they implemented changes. They reduced their time in London, entrusting more responsibility to their capable team at Entente. They spent more time in the kitchen at Harmonie, reconnecting with their original staff and rediscovering the joy of cooking side by side.
