A few days later, Sanhua returned from a mission and asked Jinhsi about the rumors.
"And it all went according to plan," Jinhsi said, slumping on her desk. "Still, I can't believe that they bought Rover's excuse."
"Absolutely. It was apparent that Rover deliberately caused the injury to himself," Sanhua replied. "Nevertheless, he executed it with such rapidity that they were unable to perceive how he got it. As a result, his excuse was believed by the citizen of Jinzhou."
Standing beside The Magistrate was Sanhua, who serves as a loyal and reliable guard for Jinhsi. Furthermore, she is known for her cool demeanor and her ability to control snow, giving her the nickname "Ice Queen".
Jinhsi leaned against her chair and took the pen on her table. "I suppose so... Still, he intentionally injured himself just to keep the rumors from spreading. For the meantime, Rover won't be able to handle a sword properly."
Watching her lady go, Sanhua suddenly remembered an important thing and asked Jinhsi about a white haired man wearing sunglasses. She also inquired that the man has a pink haired child with him.
"You mean Aalto? He was the one that backed Rover into a corner, yesterday, causing Rover to injure himself on purpose." Jinhsi stated.
After hearing what The Magistrate said, Sanhua's face paled. There must've been a problem about the man in question. Perturbed, Sanhua informed Jinhsi about another wild rumor circulating about Jinzhou.
A few days ago, Sanhua went around Jinzhou to spy on an individual named Aalto. She'd discovered that Aalto was the one pulling the strings behind the false rumors of Rover and Jinhsi being a couple.
Not long ago, a patroller named Chixia caught sight of a poster on the wall. It depicted a young woman covering the mouth of a young man whose face was close to hers. Her face was bright red and it looked like she was trying to shove the young man's face away from hers.
Chixia was bewildered by this illustration. She couldn't tell if this was real or not. Thus, Chixia reluctantly reported to Sanhua, which she told to her lady so that she could decide on what to do.
Sanhua then handed a piece of rolled paper to Jinhsi, which she hesitantly took and unrolled. Seeing the contents, Jinhsi's cheeks burned and her eyes widened at the same time.
"S-Sanhua... This is..." She stuttered, tears forming in her eyes.
"Yes, my lady. The picture portrays the Magistrate and Rov-"
"Q-quiet for a moment," Jinhsi muttered and hid her face behind the paper, aware that her face was cherry red. "......How can I bring myself outside now."
Meanwhile, Rover was wandering in Jinzhou. He wanted to take a breath for some time before going out. And then, a white haired young man wearing flashy sunglasses was waving at him and walked over. Disgusted, Rover turned around and walked the opposite way.
"Don't just ignore me!" Aalto exclaimed, jogging towards Rover until he was walking side by side with him.
However, Aalto noticed Rover glaring daggers at him as if he was staring at a notorious criminal. He had been in trouble because of Aalto's mischief, therefore, it was quite obvious that Rover would treat despise him considering the trouble he did to both Rover and Jinhsi.
"Come on, I thought you wanted to get close to Miss Magistrate?" Aalto asked.
"... I don't remember announcing it around."
"But it's true, isn't it?"
"... No."
Apparently, Aalto's judgement was right. Rover must've took a liking to Jinhsi ever since the incident in Mt. Firmament. Proud of his friend, Aalto tapped Rover's back lightly, following up with a laughter.
"Just leave it to me, man. You can go enjoy problems with Miss Magistrate while I work in the backstage!"
"Don't you dare."
You thought it was Jinhsi, but it was me, AALTO!

During her leisure time, Jinhsi would often take a walk in Jinzhou so that she could see the wellness of its citizen as well as the city itself. However, she wasn't out for that reason. She had decided to end this problem once and for all. And so, she went out to brainstorm with Rover and ask for his ideas.
While walking around, a girl who was running bumped into Jinhsi and fell to the ground. Worried about the girl, Jinhsi stretched out a hand to the girl and asked if she was okay.
"I-I'm sorry, Miss Magistrate!" The small girl said as she took Jinhsi's hand and stood up.
"It's fine. Just be more careful next time." Jinhsi said with a smile.
Mesmerized, the young girl couldn't take her eyes off the Magistrate for a moment. Jinhsi was so charming that one would mistake her for an angel. At the moment she realized that she was looking too much, the young girl bowed and apologized again before running off.
"No wonder he fell for you." The young girl muttered with a smirk.
Concerned for her, Jinhsi watched the girl go until she was out of sight. After that, she let out a sigh and went back to looking for Rover.
"Now, where was I..." Jinhsi wondered as she looked around and saw a familiar figure near a stall.
Hurriedly, Jinhsi walked towards the young man and called out his name. Disrupted, the young man turned around and smiled faintly.
"I've been waiting for you, Jinhsi."
"Rover, you were too far from the meeting spot so I looked around."
"Sorry about that." Rover apologized then took out wrapped buns from his paper bag and lent it to Jinhsi. "I bought Loong Buns, since you like them very much. Want some?"
Perhaps perplexed, Jinhsi stared blankly at the Loong Buns and brought a hand to her chin. Did Rover give the wrong flavor? Or was Jinhsi not hungry? Such thoughts circled in Rover's mind as he anxiously eyed Jinhsi.
"Is... something wrong?" Rover hesitantly asked.
"No... nothing. It's just... you keep lending me Loong Buns every time we went outside. This is the third time since Mt. Firmament."
It was a fact that Rover kept giving Jinhsi her favorite food whenever they go out together. He'd figured that it was a good idea to bring Jinhsi her favorite food in order to lighten her mood. But, was he wrong?
Suddenly, two kids who were playing noticed the pair and came running towards them with big a smile on their face. Jinhsi noticed the two and gave them a gentle smile before patting both their heads. Jumping out of joy, the little girl talked cheerfully.
"Congratulations on your marriage, Miss Magistrate!"
