The weeks following the incident, reconciliation seemed to have brought back the couple together. Relief washed over the soldiers as they observed the now laid-back authority of their lord harbinger after his fiance finally returned and remained by his side, causing him to have more control over his temper. He might as well degrade his subordinates less and less because of this.

"Ooh~ This place used to be in possession of the Kaedehara clan?" Roxie gasps, basking in the beautiful manor before them.
"Indeed. They are quite well-known, even after their fall from nobility. If I remember correctly, they are a noble clan of samurais." Sadoko smiles, glancing to see workers still in the process of fully renovating said manor, "My mother used to tell me stories about the women of this clan."
"The women of the Kaedehara clan?" Garyth joins in on the conversation.

"Well, his lordship allegedly has special relations with the electro archon, and I was informed that this manor is a gift for the madam from the shogunate." Sadako explains as she trudges forward, only to stop in her tracks abruptly with Garyth and Roxie stopping behind her.
