Chapter 10

Avani came down being all dressed making Vikrant pause himself and look at her. Her hair were open and she was wearing minimal jwellery and makeup.

Her Gray eyes were making him feel something making his heart beat faster. "Why is my heart beating so fast" Vikrant said to himself while trying to calm his racing heart.

Avantika noticed that Vikrant was looking at Avani's direction while her hand was on his hand. She understood what was happening with Vikrant.

"You are falling in love with her" Avantika said out of nowhere making Vikrant shocked. "Its nothing like that dii" Vikrant said looking away from Avani.

Avani noticed too that Vikrant was looking at her in awe which made her smile. She was only here for Vikrant and was happy that he was also happy to see her here.

"Vikrant I have been through what you are feeling right now so I know this feeling very well. You are falling in love with her and that's clearly visible in the way you look at her" Avantika said making Vikrant frown.

"You were in love and you never told me. Did you confess to him and who is the boy?" Eventhough Vikrant and Avantika knew eachother for only few months they shared a very strong bond.

Avantika and Vikrant were no less than silblings. "I never confessed to him cause I knew we won't be able to be together and maybe a reason why I want to leave Mumbai and shift to London forever"

Vikrant noticed the sadness in Avantika's voice. He understood now that the reason she wanted to leave was not her parents but because of her love.

"Tell me who the boy is I will talk to him" Avantika just smiled at Vikrant. "Leave my sad love story and focus on yours. Also confess to her before it's too late and I am going now"

Saying this Avantika went from there making Vikrant think about what Avantika said. Heartbreak is something that takes away your happiness and make you feel like hopeless.

Vikrant could clearly see all this in Avantika. It was like she had forgot what happiness. He had not seen her smile once in these days.

He was in his thoughts when Ranvijay came. "What are you thinking" he asked. "Nothing bhai just about work" Ranvijay nodded.

The whole function went by while Vikrant and Avani tired to talk to eachother but failed. They were only looking at eachother having no other choice.

But there was one question that was lingering in Vikrant's mind. "Am I really falling in love with Avani"

Time Skip to the Wedding Day
Ranvijay was right now sitting at home as his mother was not allowing him to go to office on his wedding day.

But he was stubborn too. He was right now sitting with Avantika on a zoom meeting when Vikrant came. "Avantika make sure to get each and every information about him I want minute details too"

Ranvijay ordered Avantika and she nodded when Vikrant spoke "Bhai you are still working today is your wedding come on" Ranvijay by now was frustrated hearing the word wedding.

"Vikrant I know it's my wedding but you know work is also important and I am not going to leave this" Ranvijay said while looking at the file he was reading.

Vikrant knew it was of no use to tell him to stop working as he won't. Just like that a hour passed by when Ranvijay finally stopped working. "Ok now let's end this here only and come to wedding on time"

Ranvijay told Avantika as they were ending the zoom call. "I think I won't be able to attend the wedding" Avantika said making Ranvijay frown.

"I don't know how but you are coming to the wedding and that's final" saying this Ranvijay cut the call without giving Avantika a chance to speak.

Ranvijay was feeling to tired because of this wedding and decided to go to his favorite place to relax. He told Vikrant he was coming in an hour.

Ranvijay was right now sitting at a beach. It was his favourite place whenever he used to feel tired he came here to relax his mind.

He was sitting there was some time and then decided to go home when he saw someone he never expected to see.

"Don't worry Ranvijay I will go away from your life forever cause these are the only moments you are going to see me as I am finally leaving the country in 3 months. I hope you have a happy married life maybe we weren't meant to be and will never be"
