Ranvijay was suffering from Insomnia for many years now. He was now caring less about it. He knew it had no cure and he can't do anything with it.

If he would get sleep for half an hour too he was okay with it. The night Ranvijay was awake thinking about all the things that happened few hours ago.

First his unwanted wedding with Avani and then Vikrant getting into an accident. It was too much for a day to handle but he knew he had to face it.

Nobody knew what the future held for Ranvijay, Avani and Vikrant but whatever was going to happen is going to affect the three of them deeply.

Avani woke up in the middle of the night when she caught Ranvijay been awake working on his laptop. "You have not slept" Avani asked in half sleep.

"Ya I just had some work to do just sleep I will be in the living room hmm" saying this Ranvijay left the room quickly without giving Avani a chance to say anything.

She knew something was wrong but what? Avani did not think about it much and slept again.

The next morning
Avani woke up and found that Ranvijay was not at home. She first informed at college that she won't be able to come for some days and Vikrant had a small accident so he won't be able to join too.

Avani got ready when Ranvijay came. "Where were you" Avani asked. "I went to meet Vikrant and made some breakfast for him" Ranvijay said making Avani nod.

"When will they discharge him?" Avani asked concern was visible in her voice. "Tomorrow only cause it wasn't much major that's why"

"Why were you awake yesterday" Avani asked making Ranvijay think whether he should tell you or not about his Insomnia.

"I have Insomnia" Ranvijay whispered making Avani's eyes widen. She now understood why Ranvijay was awake the whole night.

Avani did not feel like she was married at all. A new bride is happy, joyful and looking forward to new beginnings but neither Avani was happy nor did she felt that she was now married.

Avani always wanted her wedding to be simple and minimal with all the Rituals. She had done not one ritual that should be done by the bride.

She was only there as a forced bride who attended her wedding where she was getting married to her brother in law.

She did not even had her Grahpravesh done. One thing she had understood was that her parents and Ranvijay's parents were the same. They both didn't love their children at all, they only loved money.

Avani had not once talked to Ranvijay's parents. They did not even come to his house to do anything rituals that are to be done.

Avani felt like it was becoming suffocating for her as she thought about everything that happened a few hours back.

Her unexpected wedding with Ranvijay then Virkant getting into an accident and then seeing her like this in bridal attire. Knowing that she was now his sister in law.

Everything thing was too much for her to take in but this was the reality she had to accept.

The whole day Avani did not once go to the hospital. Her heart wanted to go while her mind refused it. She was now his sister in law will it be appropriate to go see him as someone she liked?

At last listening to her mind she decided not to go. The very next day both Ranvijay and Avani went to the hospital to pick Vikrant while Avantika was with them too.

Vikrant was standing at the entrance with Ranvijay's support when he suddenly said "Bhai did you both do any rituals of the wedding"

Vikrant said while trying to hide his pain. Ranvijay shook his head as no. Virkant made Ranvijay and Avani stand at the entrance of the house.

Vikrant told Avantika to bring all the necessary things that are required for Grahpravesh. "I know your Grahpravesh has not happened and I want to do it"

Vikrant said while keeping the Kalash Filled with Rice and then kept a plate of Vermilion Water ahead of it.

Avani felt a strange pain in her heart when Vikrant was doing all this. She could see there was no emotion in his eyes which made her feel uneasy.

Maybe it was her delusion that Vikrant liked her or he was hiding it for his brother. Vikrant did Avani and Ranvijay's aarti and then motioned Avani to kick the Kalash and then keep her feet in the vermilion water and then on the white cloth.

Avani did what Vikrant said. A few moments earlier she was thinking that she did not even have a Grahpravesh properly and now when she was doing it, she didn't feel good.

She just wanted to run away from here. What hurted Avani the most was that it was done by Vikrant.

She wanted to erase this memory of Grahpravesh from her mind forever.

Avani saw no emotion in Vikrant's eyes making her heart beat faster. "Don't do this Vikrant i might never be able to heal from this"

Avani thought to herself. "Vikrant you should rest" Avani gestured Ranvijay to take him to his room.

Avantika and Avani were the only one standing in the room. Avantika noticed how Avani was frozen in her place.

She clearly saw her expressions when Vikrant said that he will do their Grahpravesh. Avantika was familiar with this feeling and she understood Avani's state.

"Avani don't worry one day things will fall in place and if someday they don't then think of it as your destiny and move on" Avantika said placing her hand on Avani's shoulder.

"No Avantika sometimes you shouldn't always accept your destiny and fight for what you should have. But today Vikrant's wasn't wrong you know why?Cause infront of him it was his brother. I can clearly see how much he loves his brother and I won't ever question it. Maybe he has accepted his destiny but I will not"

Avani said while there was something in her which made Avantika admire her. She was not ready to give up and at the same time she respected his desicion.

Avani wasn't ready to accept her destiny but at the same time wiill she be able to change her destiny?
