Two days later.
Vikrant and Avani did not once talk to eachother. Ranvijay and Avani were having few interactions.

Both of them were getting comfortable with eachother. Avani was now a little comfortable with Ranvijay.

But there was a weird tension between Vikrant and Avani. They were at times looking at eachother.

Avani was hoping that something could still happen between them whereas Vikrant had lost all Hopes.

Right now Ranvijay was sitting in his office and had called Avantika. Avantika came to the office and looked at Ranvijay nervously.

She didn't feel like facing Ranvijay after that day. He knew she was lying and Avantika felt embarrassed about it.

Ranvijay had given Avantika 2 days leave without any occasion.

Ranvijay noticed Avantika was looking pale. Their were dark circles beneath her eyes. Her face had no colour.

Avantika was looking down all the time. "Avantika look at me" Ranvijay said softly and Avantika slowly looked at him.

"I am approving your resignation" Ranvijay said making Avantika's eye widen. She didn't expect him to approve it this easily after she had lied to him about going to America and everything.

"Really Ranvijay?" Avantika asked to confirm if she heard right. "I am really approving it and I won't question why you wanted to Resign"

Ranvijay said handing her the resignation letter which was signed by him. "But Avantika can I just ask you one question just one"

Ranvijay pleaded. He just wanted to know one thing. Avantika nodded, telling him to ask the question he wanted to.

"Will you really go to America or continue working here?" Ranvijay asked, he was desperate to know where Avantika was going to go after leaving this job.

"I have not decided but I will mostly leave Mumbai forever" Avantika said and Ranvijay nodded.

"You have to just work till the end of the month, also can you please start looking for another legal assistant for me in your replacement" Ranvijay requested.

Avantika nodded. She then turned to leave when Ranvijay stopped her. He got up from his chair and made Avantika sit on a chair nearby.

"Avantika always remember Avani,Virkant and I are always here for you okay, just one call and we will come to you hmm. No matter in what part of the world you are in" Ranvijay noticed unshed tears in Avantika's eyes.

"Thankyou for saying this much it's means a lot" Avantika said in return. She noticed how Avani and Ranvijay said the same thing.

"Also take care of yourself, you haven't slept in days is clearly visible, you don't eat on time. You are looking so pale. Promise me that you will  take care of yourself" Ranvijay forwarded his hand to Avantika.

Avantika shaked his hand as a mark that she promises to take care of herself. "I want to throw a small party and I want you, Vikrant and Avani to be there please. I might not able to see you for a long time or maybe forever" she whispered the last two words to herself.

Ranvijay frowned on Avantika's last sentence. What did she mean by that she won't able to see them for a long time or forever but decided to let it slide.

"Sure whenever you want" Ranvijay said and Avantika nodded. Soon both went back to their work.

Ranvijay feel something wasn't right but what? Avantika was not looking like herself since the past few weeks. What was wrong? What did she mean when she said she might not be able to see them forever?

There were a bunch of questions roaming in Ranvijay's mind but non of the question would be getting a relevant answer.

On the other hand, Avantika was the whole day trying to distract herself with work. She was happy yet sad that her resignation was accepted.

She was now free yet she wanted to be caged. She was now way to tired but it was for the best.

"Avantika I am going home and you should too" Ranvijay said as he was all ready to go home. "Yes I will go home in 10 minutes, just a few things are remaining"

Avantika said and Ranvijay nodded. Ranvijay left. Avantika also soon cleared her table and packed her bag to go home.

Ranvijay sat in his car when he suddenly remembered he forget an important case file that he was going to review at home.

He quickly got out of the car and went to his office and noticed the office was still open and Avantika has not gone home.

He opened his office door and saw Avantika was lying unconscious on the floor. "Avantika" Ranvijay shouted and quickly went towards Avantika.

He tapped on her cheeks multiple times and when she didn't wake up, he picked her up in his arms and took her home.

Ranvijay quickly drove to his home and called the doctor to reach his house as soon as possible.

At Home
Avani was sitting in the living room correcting some answer papers when Vikrant came out of his room.

Vikrant ignored Avani and went to the kitchen. "Till when are you going to ignore me Vikrant?" Avani asked while her eyes were still on the paper, correcting them.

"I am not ignoring you" Vikrant said while taking the water bottle out of the refrigerator.

Avani got up from her place and went towards the kitchen. "I know it's weird seeing one of your friend marrying your own brother as his replaced bride but let's try to get comfortable with eachother atleast"

Avani said hoping Vikrant would agree. While Vikrant had stopped drinking water. He was hurt when Avani said that he was just her friend.

Avani thought this would be the best way to atleast start talking to Vikrant, knowing his feelings towards her.

"See I don't- before Vikrant could say anything further, the door bell rang. "Our conversation isn't over" Saying this Avani went towards the door And opened it only to see Ranvijay carrying Avantika who was unconscious.

Avani quickly let them in and Ranvijay placed Avantika in his bedroom. Vikrant and Avani inside the room too.

"What happened to Avantika?" Avani asked as she sat beside Avantika on the bed. "She was unconscious on the floor" Ranvijay said as he took his phone and tired to call the doctor.

Ranvijay was restless seeing Avantika like this. He felt that something was definitely wrong with her health.

Avani noticed how Ranvijay was worried for Avantika just like he was for Vikrant. Eventhough Ranvijay didn't have a good relationship with Avantika, he still cared for her which didn't go unnoticed by Avani.

The doorbell again rang and this time it was the doctor. The three of them let doctor check Avantika properly.

As soon as the doctors was done, Ranvijay flooded with questions "What happened to her? Is it anything serious? Should we-

Before Ranvijay could ask any questions further, Vikrant stopped him. "She fell unconscious because.........

What was the reason Avantika fell unconscious? Why was Avani feeling a little weird about how Ranvijay was feeling restless about Avantika?
