2. JAY X JAKE

They have finally shifted to their new dorms. Jake was excited about his new room. He decorated it as per his specifications and interests. Now he wouldn't have to deal with Jay's messy self. His room was nice and cozy just like he liked.

It was now two weeks since they shifted here. Everything was going smooth. They had a nice place to live in and they were working on their comeback. They had just finished their concerts and promotions as well. They were all pumped up.

On the last day of their concert, Jake and Ni-ki went on live. They were talking to each other when Ni-ki mentioned how afraid Jay was when Jake left for a vacation that he used to sleep with his door open. They were laughing and cooing at how cute Jay was.

"Jay is so cute. See guys, how can I leave him alone. We are stuck together."

Jake said and softly smiled. They started talking about how unknowingly cute Jay was at times especially when he starts pouting.

A month or two later, they had finally finished their comeback album work and were exhausted. The last two months have been hectic with their concerts all over the world and then their promotional events. They all needed some much needed rest.

Jake was in a sour mood. He was generally the golden retriever of the group and was supposed to be all rainbows and sunshines. However he just couldn't muster up the courage to be that today. He was also sad that they went all over the world but missed Australia, his hometown, his birthplace.
He hasn't seen his parents in a year and was missing them terribly.

After dinner, everyone just went straight to bed. Jake did too. However, he couldn't sleep. His mind was too preoccupied and his mood was too irritable. At times like this, he misses Jay being his roommate. As much as they bicker with each other, Jay is always there to listen to him at nights like these when his brain starts spiraling. He contemplated going to his room but decided not to.

After some time, he heard his door open and saw Jay standing there.

"What brings you here?"
"You looked sad. Wanna talk about it?"
"No"
"Ok, then I am leaving"
"NOOO"
"Geez chill, everyone's sleeping. Now stop thinking and tell me what happened"

Jay went and laid beside him.

"I know you like talking to me about these things. So, just do that."

And like a dam, he broke and started blabbering whatever he had in his mind.
Jay kept quiet and listened to him. This is what he liked about him. He always listens and never interrupts you. After everything was said, Jay hugged him and just said one thing.

"Everything's gonna be fine. I am always here for you. We are your family as well and next time let's aim for Australia as our concert destination."

And just like that, Jake believed him and slept soundly. Jay wasn't there in the morning but he knew that he will always be there. And guess what, they had their biggest concert in Brisbane, Australia in that year.
