"Nika I'm open!"
I passed the ball to Skylar. She dripped the ball, driving into the paint. She scored doing a lay up. Coach blew the whistle, stopping the game.
"Yes! This is what I like to see. This is what we need to do when we play the Sparks Tuesday."
Coach let us have a water break. I was taking a sip from my water bottle when Ezi came over. "Hey."
I pulled the water bottle away from my lips, "Hey!"
"How's Zaria?" My lips curled into a smile. "She's good. She actually should be coming to our next game." Ezi and Jordan squealed. "Oh my gosh. I can't wait to see my girl." Jordan said.
"You know she like me better than you." Jordan said, pushing Ezi's shoulder. Ezi rolled her eyes and placed her water bottle back down. "Yea whatever." Both girls argued going back and fourth about who Zaria liked more.

"Hey" I kissed Zaria on the lips as I sat my bag down. "How was practice?" I shrugged, "It was cool. Jordan and Ezi were fighting over who you liked more."
Zaria laughed, walking into the bathroom. "I like the both."
I also walked into the bathroom. I turned the shower on and went to pick out my clothes. I settles for a simple t-shirt and some shorts. I undressed myself as Zaria was telling me about this patient she had.
She said something about him being eighty-nine and he told her about his dad was drafted to the war. I hopped in the shower, washing myself off.
Once I was done I turned the shower off and wrapped my towel around me. I opened the bathroom door, walking into my room.
I got dressed and walked out. Zaria was in the kitchen making herself a salad. "Want one?" I shook my head no and sat down on the couch. I went into Netflix, finding me and Zaria's show.
She sat down next to me with her food. I pressed play grabbing the cover that was hanging over the side of the couch. I placed the cover over me giving all my attention to the show in front of me. Zaria finished her salad, going to the kitchen and putting her bowl into the dishwasher.
She came back and snuggled up next to me. "I'm sleepy."
"'I'll turn the show off and you can go to sleep." Zaria nodded and closed her eyes, leaning her head onto my shoulder. I turned on 'Amphibia' and watched it. I threw my phone down beside me and turned towards my girl. I swiftly rubbed her hair, kissing her on the head.

It's been two hours since Zaria had woken up and we were now ordering food. Zaria was on the Wingstop website getting our food. "Oh! I forgot to tell you that Kk and Morgan are coming down here next week and she asked to stay with us. I told her they could, but if you dont want them too, I'll tell them no."
She looked up from her phone shaking her head, "No that's fine. I miss them anyways. Ahh, I'm so excited that they're coming."
A chuckle left my mouth. "Ok. So the food should be here at seven-thirty." I nodded my head, wrapping my arm around her shoulder and pulling her closer to me. "I love you."
Zaria smiled at me, "I love you too baby." She leaned in puckering her lips. I leaned in meeting her. Our lips met, us having a fool blown out make-out session. Zaria turned her body around, facing me. She wrapped her arms around my waist, pulling me closer.
My hands found themselves wrapping around her neck. Z moaned into the kiss. I pulled away biting her bottom lip. She whined, "Why do you always do this to me?"
My shoulders shrugged, "I don't know what you mean." Z rolled her eyes and faced back towards the tv. "You know exactly what I'm talking about." My cheeks were starting to hurt from smiling so much. I was around to the back of the couch.
I leaned froward, placing my hands onto Zaria's shoulder, leaning down into her ear. "We can do it tomorrow when I get back." She turned her head around and smirked at me. "You better not be playing." I laughed, "I'm not."
I walked upstairs, going into the bedroom and grabbed my charger. I went back downstairs and saw Zaria closed the door, holding our bag of food. She walked over to the kitchen sitting the bag down on the counter.
We washed our hands and began eating. We were sitting on the couch watching our tv show when Zaria spoke up. "Maybe we should get a dog. I feel like it's so boring with just us two. Like our house needs a bit more spice or sum." I hummed, "Yea, I think that'll be good."
We finished eating our food and I threw the bag away. I sat back down on the couch. Zaria cuddled back into my side. The tv played our show as we watched, making faces and talking about the characters when something happened. The atmosphere in the room was very calming and nice. Times like this is what I wish it could be like everyday.
Us being on the same page, no fighting or anything. I took a deep breath taking in everything. I leaned my head against Zaria's and smiled. Life was good.
