Eysha: I do martial arts magic, which is love fighting! If we get close, I'm sure to protect you!
Annie smiled wider at the both of them.
Annie: I'm a divine user...
Suddenly, the bell rang. The class went inside, and the classroom was magical and luxurious! Each student had their own unique seat. Annie went to her seat, which was at the back. It was a comfy, expensive office chair and an adjustable table. Annie was satisfied with the seat. Her old school desk was hard, cheap fake wood, which was uncomfortable for long school hours!
As Annie sat down, she noticed there were only 12 students in the class. This was weird, since her previous grade 6 class had 30 to 50 students! But Annie was happy with the extra space and less drama—or so she thought.
Annie's mind: My mind is finally at peace, with fewer distractions. I can finally learn something...
Annie looked at the window near her to see Darren waving at her and writing "good luck" on the window with his breath. She gave Darren a thumbs up, and he started to go to his own classroom. Annie also saw Clark waiting for Darren, which was kinda creepy and weird.
The teacher, Ms. Mell, entered the room.
Ms. Mell: Hello, everybody. Your regular teachers aren't here today—they all got sick at the same time. Anyway, today we will get to know each other and take a personality quiz. Understand?
Ms. Mell spoke clearly, with a hint of strictness and gentleness in her voice.
Class (except Annie): Yes, Ms. Mell...
The remaining seven classmates gave Annie some stares and weird looks, which she was used to. Ms. Mell noticed and spoke more strictly.
Ms. Mell: I don't want anyone to bully or judge each other, okay?
The students nodded and returned their attention to Ms. Mell. She took a sheet of papers and handed each student a personality test.
