"We Are Officially Dating!" Chase and Everest said in unison
Zuma and Rocky's eyes widened
"Good for you two I'm happy for you pups" Ryder said with a smile and went to in the elevator and went up to the top of the lookout
"Thanks Ryder" Chase and Everest said in unison
Skyes heart shattered her eyes began to tear up but she wiped up her tears away quickly to not make a scene she then walked up to chase and Everest "congrats you two I'm happy for you both" Skye said with a fake smile chase and Everest thanked her as she walked out the front doors with her head down
"O-Oh urm that's great news c-cool right zuma?" Rocky said eyeing Marshall
"Uhhh yeah g-gweat news" Zuma said also eyeing Marshall
Marshall put his head down rage filled his body but underneath his rage deep within him he was hurt he felt betrayed but those emotions were covered by anger and hate he looked at his paw and clenched it with all his strength for a few seconds before slamming his paw in the ground he then started to walk toward Chase
Rocky and zuma were going to get involved but they were frozen in place since they saw the look in Marshall's eyes they had never saw that look before
Marshall then got into chases face and stared straight into his eyes gnashing his teeth he was getting ready to beat Chase to a pulp but right when he was about to he couldn't he stared in chases eyes and the brotherly love he had for Chase stopped him from hurting Chase he took a deep breath and just growled at chase and walked out the lookout
"What's his problem?" Chase asked
"I got no idea" Rocky lied
"No clue" Zuma also lied
"You two are husband and wife now?" Rubble asked
"Hehe no rubble we are boyfriend and girlfriend" Chase said
"W-What the heck's a boyfriend?......eh whatever I couldn't care less" rubble said walking away
They all chuckled
*In Skyes puphouse*
Skye was lying down on her bed she felt terrible she was angry at herself for rejecting Chase
"I was too late...if I realized earlier that I had a crush on him I would've had him....I shouldn't have rejected him he's everything a girl needs and wants in a pup" Skye said with a sniffle
She glanced over and saw the book she was reading earlier
She picked it up and flipped the page and saw a photo of her and Everest sitting together
"A part of me wants to be mad at Everest for dating Chase but..it's my fault...I rejected him..." Skye said
She then closed the book and put it down carefully
Skye continued to lie down on her bed and regret her decisions
*In Marshall's pup house*
Marshall was enraged but also heartbroken but anger covered his heartbreak this was the most anger he ever had he felt betrayed and hurt from what Chase had done
"I'll never forgive him for this...he knew I loved her...he knew the way I felt about her...he betrayed me...his own brother the pup that was there for him when no one was!" Marshall said punching the wall he was next to
He then looked over at his shelve that had a photo of chase on it Marshall Began to gnash his teeth at the sight of the photo he walked toward it he grabbed it and began to squeeze it hard in anger but right before he was about to crush it he stopped himself from damaging it and loosened his grip
He stared at it for a moment and suddenly a tear came down his cheek
"Why bro why did you do this to me..." Marshall said closing his eyes
He then opened his eyes and anger went right back into his body "arghh No im not crying over him!" Marshall said slamming the photo onto the shelf back the way it was
He then lied down on his bed and buried his paws into his face "I-I-I H-Hate Ch-Chase....." even with all the rage and anger in Marshall's body he could barely say that sentence
*In the lookout*
It was now night in adventure bay
Chase Everest Zuma and Rocky were talking inside the lookout
Rocky and zuma began to get tired
"Well you guys I'm gonna hit the hay" Rocky said with a yawn
"Yeah me too" Zuma said
"Ok see you guys tomorrow" Chase said
Zuma and Rocky went outside to their puphouses
"Well Eve you ready to go to sleep?" Chase said
"Eve?" Chase said
"Huh oh sorry hehe I fell asleep" Everest said with a shy blush
"Hehe it's okay Eve you want me to carry you to bed? You can sleep with me if you want" Chase said
"Yeah...that'd be nice.." Everest said with a yawn
Chase lowered his stance so he could carry her she got on to his back and smiled "mmm your fur is so warm..." Everest said with a smile
Chase rolled his eyes with a smile he then began to walk to his puphouse
Marshall peeked outside his puphouse door and saw Chase carrying Everest he growled and closed the gap in the door
Chase then got to his puphouse and Everest got off his back Chase opened the door and went inside followed by Everest he then closed the door behind him
Everest then lied down on chases bed she scooted over so Chase could also lie down
Chase then lied down next to her "Good Night Eve" he whispered and then kissed her on the forehead as he then closed his eyes
Everest smiled widely "Good Night Chasey" she said closing her eyes
