*It was a few days after the events of chapter 6*
It was 6:30 AM in adventure bay
Chase got up and looked around in the darkness in his puphouse he rubbed his eyes and opened his pup house door that exposed the beautiful sunrise across the horizon this sight made him smile
"Well guess I better start the day" Chase said with a yawn
He got up and went inside the lookout and got his bowl and got a bottle of water with his mouth and poured it in the bowl after it was full he threw the empty bottle away and drank the water in his bowl he then got his police uniform and put it on and patrolled the perimeter of the lookout afterwards he then went to his usual spot by the cliff he stared out at the bay and the sunrise he smiled as wind blew against his fur
"Okay....todays the day I will tell Skye" he said as his smile faded
He then went to go wake up the others starting with Rocky and ending with Marshall and Skye
"Rise and shine little brother" Chase said with a smile as he patted Marshall's head
"Mmm....5 more minutes" Marshall said half asleep
"Sorry no can do bro" Chase said
"Mmm...." Marshall groaned
"Okay Marshall for real now man get up" Chase said
"Ok ok I'm up and....make sure be real gentle with Skye" Marshall said with a yawn
"Shut up bro" Chase said with a chuckle as he walked to Skyes puphouse
He opened Skyes puphouse revealing the beautiful cockapoo pup that was sleeping peacefully Chase smiled at the sight
"Skye...hey it's time to wake up" Chase whispered while nudging Skye softly
"say the magic word" Skye said
"Please" Chase said with a little chuckle
"Okay I'm up" Skye said with a smile
20 minutes later
All the pups were eating breakfast that Ryder made they ate and then went outside
Chase Rocky and Marshall were talking under the big tree
"I'm doing it today guys..." Chase said
"Huh" Marshall said confused
"You're doing what today?" Rocky asked
"You know...telling her" Chase said
"What?" Rocky said confused
"I still don't get it" Marshall said
"Oh my god..." Chase said as he face palmed "I'm asking Skye out on a date and telling her"
"Ohhhhhh" rocky said
"Chase and Skye sitting in a tree K-" Marshall was then cut off by Chase
"Shut up Marshall" Chase said with a chuckle
"Well brother you better get ready...well..later it's still early so you got a few hours" Marshall said
