Reluctant Passion

At Rishi's mansion

Rishi reaches his home.

Rishi stands outside his family home, a modest house with a well-tended garden. He takes a deep breath, bracing himself for the conversation ahead. The sun is setting, casting a warm golden glow over the city contrasting with the tension he feels.

(Rishi knocks on the door. His mother, Mrs. Puja rudrapriya opens it, her face lighting up with a smile that quickly turns to concern when she sees Rishi's troubled expression.)

Rishi's mom *(worried)* "Rishi? What’s wrong? You look distressed."

Rishi(hesitant)* "Maa, I need to talk to you and Papa. It’s very important."

(They enter the house, and Rishi's father, Mr. Pranav Rudrapriya, joins them in the living room.
The atmosphere is tense as Rishi sits down on the sofa, facing his parents.)*

*Mr Pranav:*(concerned)* "What’s going on, Rishi? Kya hua kuch yahan wahan toh nhi kardiya?"

*Rishi:(taking a deep breath)* "Ek accident hogaya hai jahan gaya tha.......I was forced into a marriage by some vigilantes. They mistook me and a girl named Urmi for some couple and wouldn’t listen to reason. HUMARI SHADDI KARWADU"

*(Mrs. Puja gasps, her hand flying to her mouth. Mr. Pranav face hardens with anger and confusion.)*

*Mrs. Puja:*(distressed)* "kya ? How could this happen?"

**Rishi :(trying to stay calm)* "It was a misunderstanding. They performed the ceremony right there, and we couldn't stop them."

**Mr. Pranav: *(angrily)* "Ajib jabardasti hai, hum nahi mante yeh shaddi ko. We'll find a way to annul this marriage immediately."

**Rishi:* *(firmly)* "I plan to, Dad. But I wanted you to hear it from me first taki koi galat femi na ho apko."

*Mrs. Puja:*(softening, looking at Rishi with empathy)* Woh chodo pehle bol tujhe kuch kiya nhi na beta, tu thik toh hai na (coming closer and hugging him.)

*Rishi:**(nodding)* Hn maa. Thik hun. (Hugging back and resting his head on her shoulders. )
