This page is intended to explain the setting, species, and format of this Novel

All information on this page can be inferred in the actual story, but to make it easier I will put important details on this page to help those who might be confused by this worlds setting

A Coin Flip takes place in a futuristic war ridden  world. Filled with greedy politicians and companies.

In this world protogens are manufactured at birth and sent off to fight in conflicts

This story does not take place in a human world but instead is inhabited by anthropomorphic animals and creatures.

For all those wondering a protogen is a 40% cybernetic and 60% organic anthropomorphic creature with a big face visor. ( the same creature that the cover of this novel is.) If you want to know more about this species and what they look like a quick google search will do the trick.

As for our main Characters, Delta and Azul. Delta is a mostly gray protogen with cyan colored secondary parts, such as the tips of his ears and tail, and the neon colored parts such as his visor color. He wants change in the world and will stop at nothing in trying to achieve that. As for Azul (pronounced, uh-zool), He is mostly a basic blue protogen with black secondary colors with a blue visor display. He is a more timid and meek protogen who has not yet felt the full effects of war.

There will be more side characters in this novel, but to avoid spoilers they will not be mentioned on this  page.

As for the format of the story, This novel will be split up into multiple pov's, specifically split up between our main characters, Delta and Azul. Each chapter will have the title, followed by whose point of view the chapter is from. For example

 Chapter #:

Character's name/pov

(story content)

When it comes to dialogue. The person speaking will be saying their thoughts and if the dialogue is on the same line as their thoughts, they are saying it. But if it is on a different line than their thoughts, it'll be someone else speaking. For example

(Characters thoughts) "Characters line"      This is them saying it

(Characters thoughts)

"Characters line"       This is another character speaking.

There might be a few cases where this is not the case but I will try and keep it as consistent as I can.

With that out of the way, enjoy, A Coin Flip
