Everyone was in a festive mood. Today, Erica, the eldest daughter of the Johnson family, was finally getting married to her lovely fiancé, Noah Brown.

Her round brown eyes looked absolutely beautiful in the mirror. Her long, slender neck, thin lips and pointed nose made her look so beautiful that anyone who saw her would be left staring at her. She was wearing a strapless nighty that made her collarbones even more attractive.

22-year-old Erica was getting married to her father's friend's son, which was an arranged marriage, but ever since they got engaged, Erica had wholeheartedly accepted Noah and even started loving him.

However, she was feeling very tired due to the party going on till late night, she had to sleep early so that she could wake up early and not feel too tired on her wedding day.

"Madam, all the guests have left. And it is already very late. But you did not eat anything in the party today, so I have brought some food for you and juice as well. You eat something first and then you can sleep comfortably.

"Okay." Erika looked at the dark circles under her eyes in the mirror and shook her head.

She was still feeling a little nervous because she was getting married only to fulfill the promise given by her father to his friend. Actually, her father had passed away a year ago!!

She took a sigh of relief and picked up the glass kept on the table and drank two sips of water. Erika poured some juice in the glass and started drinking but then she felt that juice was a little bitter and the taste was also very strange. After finishing the juice, she did not eat anything else. She just sat on the sofa and closed her eyes.

A few minutes later, the door of her room was opened slowly, and someone came in quietly.

Erika had not yet fallen asleep. She secretly opened her eyes halfway and looked around. She found out that the person who came in was her step-sister Rosy.

Erika's stepmother was the one who broke up her parents' marriage, so she hated her stepmother and sister very much. She had never bothered to mingle with them. So she wondered what Rosy was doing in her room right now.

Rosy took a look at the empty glass. A devil smile came on her face and she lowered her head to look at Erika, "Erika do you really think you can marry my Noah? I am the real daughter of this family. You have forgotten your existence, I wish you too died that day. You will never know what is in this juice. But I promise you, even if you cannot get married, you will definitely enjoy your wedding night."

Then she took out her phone, and dialed a number, "Listen, send the two men I have hired in as soon as possible."

Erica opened her eyes in shock when she heard Rosy's words. She knew Rosy never liked her. But she didn't expect her little sister to stoop so low. It seemed like Rosy wanted to drug her and find someone to rape her.

Erika quickly stood up and laughed, Rosy heard some movement, so she turned around, she took a few steps back when she saw Erika standing in front of her.

"You... you're not sleeping?"

"What happened my dear little sister, are you scared of me, have you finally taken off your mask?" Erika said with a mocking look in her cold eyes.

"I don't understand what you mean." Rosy's face turned as pale as death. She was so scared that her nails were digging into her hands and she did not dare to make eye contact with Erika.

Erika grabbed Rosy's hand. She was taller than Rosy, so she blocked the way, not giving her a chance to escape. Erika pressed Rosy's chin with her other hand, forcing her to open her mouth.

Erika smiled and said, "Whatever is in this juice, it is yours now."

Saying this, she poured all the juice from the jug into Rosy's mouth. Rosy struggled wildly, shaking her head. But she could not free herself from Erika's grip, so she had to drink the juice even though she did not want to.

"I didn't... Erica .. you... leave me!" Rosy was choking and was coughing continuously. With a pitiful expression on her face, she shook her head vigorously.

Suddenly the door opened and a handsome man came in. Seeing this scene, he immediately grabbed Erika's wrist and pulled her away from Rosy.

He was completely shocked and shouted, "Erika, what are you doing?"

"Noah, you have come at the right time. Rosy had mixed some drugs in my drink. He also asked some men to rape me. It was good that I recognized him early. Otherwise today he would have ruined my life and I would not have been able to show my face to anyone."

When he heard Erika's words, the expression on Noah's face changed to a soft one, "Is this true?"

Erika looked at Noah's handsome face, his deep trust in Rosy made her laugh. Then she asked sarcastically, "You trust her, not me?"

Noah turned his face away, his fists clenched in his pockets. He didn't answer her question.

"What's going on here? Why are you fighting again?" rosy's mother dyna asked as she came in followed by noah's parents. Rosy ran to her mother and hugged her and started crying in sadness, "mom I didn't try to give Erika any drugs, she is falsely accusing me. How can I do this to her."

Diana says in surprise, she comes to Erica and says, "honey you must have misunderstood. Right?"

"I heard everything she said with my own ears. She even called someone and asked two men to come to my room. How can this be a misunderstanding?" Erica said.

Rosy started crying bitterly, "how could I do such a heartless thing and ruin your life? By doing this my life will also be ruined. Do you think I am not afraid of going to jail?"

There was pain in Diana's voice. She said, "I am sure my daughter will never do something like this. But if she feels that way, can't we make peace? Please forgive my daughter."
