*Lilly's POV*
I rush to the hospital and run through the doors.
"Help! She's unconscious!" I yelled.
Immediately several doctors came to Colleen's aid.
I hope she's okay.
Why did this have to happen to her?
I sat in the waiting room scrolling through tweets.
There was so much hate:
' Ew Lilly, why are you still friends with her?'
'Omg Lilly she's gonna use you be careful!'
A doctor that was helping Colleen came out.
"Lilly Singh?" She looks around the room.
I jump up.
"Colleen has burst a blood vessel, she had a drug overdose, you brought her at the right time so we managed to get the drugs out of her system. However the drugs killed her baby."
"She was pregnant?" I paced around.
"Yes, please keep an eye on her so she does not try to kill herself again."
"Can I see her?" I asked.
"Do you have a relation to her?"
"Well I'm one of her best friends and I'm the only person who knows that she's depressed." I say, hoping she'll let me see her.
"Well since you are the only person who knows, yes. But I suggest you let her other friends know." She says and walk off.
I walk to room 144 and push open the door.
The sight is horrible. To see Colleen at this state where she feels she isn't appreciated by others and has no more desire to live kills me.
I see all the machines she's hooked up with and start to cry.
I walk closer to her and her chest rises and falls slowly.
What's happening?
I press the help button.
This time 12 doctors come in. They told me to wait outside.
I could hear them yelling.
"I can't feel her pulse!"
"She's not breathing!"
"She's not gonna make it!"
"The line is flat!"
I start balling my eyes out.
Until a doctor comes out.
He hands me her death certificate and says
"I'm very sorry. She didn't make it. She wanted to let go, so she did."
You can ring her family and friends to say goodbye.
I just nod.
I walk in and sit slowly, I'm still in shock.
"Colleen, you were really a bundle of happiness. I needed you! I love you and nothing can change that. You were there when I needed someone, and you always made the best cookies. Words can't explain how much you mean to me. I love you so much!" I say and hug her one last time. I start crying.
I get up and turn away when I felt something grip on my arm. I turn around and look at Colleen.
"I love you too Lilly." She said weakly, and smiled at me.
I hugged her super tight.
"I love you more!" I insisted.
I called for the doctors and said that Colleen was alive.
They were really shocked but I was happy.
They said we could leave anytime we wanted so Colleen and I walked out to my car, Holding each other close.
As we were driving back to her house she started crying.
"I'm sorry, Lilly I didn't mean to-"
"Don't be, please don't scare me again like that." I smiled at her.
I think everything is back to normal now.
I hope so!
*Colleen's POV*
I was cutting and cutting and I wouldn't stop.
I couldn't take it.
I was bleeding really heavily till a did a really deep cut on my wrist I was in so much pain. Then I got up slow,y and opened the cabinet and grabbed s bunch of pills and shoved it down my throat.
What had I just done.
Then I hear someone walk in.
Lilly.
Then I realized I shouldn't of done that.
"Lilly help I-"
Those were the last words I said before I completely blacked out.
I couldn't see anything and I heard men talking and yelling. I must of been on a hospital.
Then I hear a man yell" The line is flat!"
What line?
What is he talking about?
I heard Lilly talking to me. When I heard her say that she loved me I knew I was dead. Somehow I have to wake up.
I kept on telling my self to wake up.
Wake up.
Wake up.
WAKE UP!
Suddenly I could move and my eyes fluttered open.
I grabbed Lilly's arm.
She turned.
"I love you too, Lilly" I smile at her.
She gives me a tight hug.
Why was I so stupid. Why did I try to kill my self?
******************Arrived outside my house**********************
I get out of the car. No one knows about what happened.
But I think Josh knows something is wrong.
We walk back to the party and Josh signals to go inside.
That means he wants to talk.
Great.
Josh is holding my hand the entire time until we get inside.
"Colleen, please tell me what happened." He looked concerned.
"Ok, but your gonna hate me for this." I warned.
"I won't Colleen, I love you."
"Ok." I said. I explained everything and he started to cry. And he pulled me in for a big hug.
"I'm sorry, Josh" I said as I wiped his tears.
We kissed for five minutes straight.
I saw Lilly wink at me from the other side of the party.
I smiled.
I'm so lucky to have Josh and Lilly in my life.
The rest of a day was really fun! We did a lot of collabs and challenges.
Lilly wouldn't let me check Twitter or Instagram because she was afraid. She would check them every once in a while to see if the comments were still negative.
She shook her head at the comments and made a lot of tweets defending me.
I hugged her again.
She tried to distract me from everything going on so we went shopping. I made sure we bought kale and a lot of it. Things were finally back to normal.
We were out all night but we had so much fun!
I unlocked the door in our house.
"Josh, baby we're home!" I called out.
There was no reply.
