Aniqua

I was just about to get my day started you know my daily routine. While AJ was still sleep I began to brush my teeth, wash my face, and all that other stuff when I felt something running down my leg.

I look down to see water. "AJ!!!".

"What happen? You alright?"? He ask almost about to break his neck getting out the bed.

"My water just broke".

"Okay I already got your stuff pack" He lead me out to the car then ran back in the house to grab everything.

He came back with the bags in his hand and while talking on the phone. "Yeah she's about to be in labor, come on ma stop all that crying I know you happy and all but I need you to call everybody. Okay...love you to....bye".

"Baby can you get there faster I'm starting to feel pain" I tell him.

"Don't worry we almost there".

We pull up to the hospital and they came out with a wheelchair putting me in it, I couldn't wait for my baby boy to get here.

AJ

"Take a deep breath baby and breath out slow" I was right by Niqua side, I can't believe this is happening. My son is about to come, I was so happy I couldn't wait.

"August I want my baby to hurry up and come out he act like he don't want to come" Aniqua whine.

"Trust me little Aug is coming".

I walk in the waiting room where my mom and them was at, "Well...." my said waiting for me to say something.

"I'm thankful for being a man cause what I seen....anyway y'all can come back there now" I tell them.

"Can't believe you a father kid, congrats" Austin tells me as we made our way to Aniqua room.

"This is just great another August, I just hope he don't turn out to be like you" Lonnie said while holding little Aug.

"Well mind as well get ready cause he's going to be like daddy".

"Baby I need some ice can you go get me some please"? Aniqua ask.

"Sure babe, Y'all rolling with me"? I ask Caleb and Austin.

"Only if we going to get something to eat" Caleb said getting up from the chair.

"Yeah I got you come on, ma y'all need anything pops"? I ask them.

"I'm good" my mom said.

"What about you pops"?

"Now you know if y'all coming back with some food I'm going to want some".

"Ight man, lets get going" I grab my keys and we left out.

The only person that hasn't came up here yet was Sanai, wonder what's her problem.

Everybody been blowing up my phone for whatever reason I don't know, I still couldn't believe what happen lastnight.

I open up one of the text that my mom sent me saying that Aniqua was having the baby. I instantly hop out of bed and start taking care of my business then threw on some clothes.

I made my way up to the hospital going in the little gift shop to get a little bear or something.

"Well look who decides to show up after everyone been calling your phone".

"Ma I know sorry I overslept, had a long night. Where's my little nephew at"?

"The nurse just took him back to the nursery, I can call them back so you could see him" Aniqua said as she went to press the button.

"No that's alright I'll go down there and see him, so what did y'all name him"? I ask her sitting on the couch next to Lonnie who was playing on her phone.

"August the III, AJ wanted him name after him of course".

"Figures, they must went to get something to eat".

"Yeah but I still want my ice, he could've got my ice brought it to me then went back out".

"I'll go get it" I tell her as I nudge Lonnie then gave Liyah a look meaning I wanted them to come with me so I could tell them what happen.

"Oh no that couldn't me, we would've been fighting" Lonnie said, after I told them what went down of course Lonnie was ready to go after him.

"I'm fine, apparently we not together anymore I can't be in another abusive relationship".

"You better hope and pray that daddy don't find out or your brothers" Liyah said as we was walking back to the room.

"Find out what"? Austin said causing the three of us to jump, we didn't even know they was behind us.

"Nothing just girl talk I say".

"Oh ight".

That was a close one I don't need neither of them to clown if I told them what I just told Aaliyah and Lonnie. We made it back in the room, I gave Niqua her ice then sat down making a small chat with everyone until I receive a text from Jaxon saying we need to talk.

I didn't even bother to text back, I place my phone in my pocket and continue to talk with AJ and them.
