It feels good to be on my own, went and got a little apartment and moved out my folks house. Mimi been staying the night with me which I told her she could live with me. I was watching tv while Mimi was in the bathroom, she came back in the living room where I was looking like she was hurting.

"What's wrong with my baby" I pull her into my lap placing kisses on her neck.

"Minnie came in town she said while pouting".

When she mention Minnie I already knew it was that time of the month, I thank God that I'm a guy cause what she be going through with the bleeding stuff...I just can't...well you know.

"Okay I'll be back I know what to get, You just sit here find something on Netflix" I got up and grab my keys then put on my slides heading out the door. At first I felt weird going to the store to go get some pads and stuff but I'm willing to do whatever for Mimi.

"When I'm going to meet this boy you talking to"? My mom ask.

"I don't know mom soon very soon".

"You didn't tell him did you" I didn't even to bother to look at my mom, why did she even brought it up.

"No but I will soon just not now".

"Nique you need to gone ahead and tell him, I hope y'all use protection".

"Of course, but the killing part is that he wants kids somewhere down the line and I'm not going to be able to give him that, I refuse to do what you did to me".

"What you trying to say its my fault you have hiv?, let me tell you something I was young and dumb calling myself having fun not caring about nothing but myself. Then I realized I made a stupid mistake, I'm sorry that I gave birth to you but I wasn't going to an abortion, just don't make the same mistakes I did".

I didn't mean to make her feel bad, knowing I have hiv and when I tell AJ ain't no telling what might happen. If he leave me I don't know what I will do.

"Ma I have to go, I will call you later on to check up on you" I kiss her cheek and left out before she said anything else, I don't know how much I can take this.

"Girl I miss that pretty laugh of yours, I'm thinking about coming back just to be with you" Kesean said through the phone.

"Boy if you don't quick you'll see me next weekend".

"Well the weekend need to hurry up cause I want to be under you, I know you miss me".

"I can't wait, I gotta go baby girl but you know Ima call you before you go to bed" I roll my eyes while smirking.

I don't know what I would do without him, I'm happy that my dad likes him cause Lord knows how he can get.

"Nosey yeah I miss him already" I fake pouted.

"Girl stop, you remember I took you to McDonald's and you had me get in that play house".

"Yeah and you end up getting stuck" I laugh remembering that time.

"Don't be laughing that was embarrassing".

"You know it was funny, I want some ice cream" I tell him while laying my head on his shoulder.

"Come on let me grab my keys" he said. I feel like a little girl all over again which it didn't matter what age I was, I will always be a daddy's girl.

"Mrs. Taylor if you don't take your medicine I'll have to keep you in here for another day, now I know you wanna go home today don't you"?

"Yeah cause the food up in here be nasty I don't be eating that mess".

"I get that sexy doctor to go get me some real food and that crap they give me be flush in the toilet".

"Mrs. Taylor you could've stop up the toilet, you would've did better throwing it in the trash" I gave her the medicine and watch her take it.

"Okay I'll be back with your paper work" I was just about to leave out until she stop me.

"You know what ladybug" she said, when I start working at the hospital and she became my patient she gave me the nickname ladybug.

I giggle a little bit if only she knew, "Well Mrs. Taylor I love what I do and that's helping sick people".

"Child I ain't sick I be faking so I can get a check but keep that on the low".

"I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that" I laugh then left out to go get her release papers, I love my job.
