We all sat in the living room not saying nothing, Austin was sitting next to me while my mom sat on the love seat. By then my dad finally came in and join us, my heart start jumping and my breathing was slowing down.

"I'm listening don't all speak at once, I have all evening" my dad say sitting down next to my mom.

"Sanai how do you know that guy that was at the festival today"? My momma ask.

I look down at my hands then took a deep breath. "Xavier was a friend of Jonathan which is David stepfather, I ran into him when I move to New York. I needed the money for scho-".

"Wait hold up" my dad interrupt me. "You needed money for school? Sanai me and ya momma gave you money, what you did with the money we gave you"?

"I still had the money y'all gave me".

"Okay continue cause I see where this going". I wish this was all a dream the way my dad is looking at me right now, I don't think I can finish.

"I end up getting caught up in sleeping around with men for money" I was in tears then.

"Ain't no sense of you crying now, see I should've went with my first mind and made you go to school here. But no I let you have a little bit of freedom". My mom got up from the love seat and went upstairs leaving me down here with my daddy, would if he flips out.

"Sanai you didn't tell me all of that you only told me bits if pieces" Austin said looking at me with hurt and anger.

"So you knew about this"?

"Look pops she promise not to tell you and mom and I kept that promise. Far as that Jonathan man I end up killing him cause he was coming for Nai".

"Austin go home I need to talk to your sister alone".

Austin got up not saying one word to me or even looking at me.

"Daddy I'm sorry what I did was wrong, I was young at the time. I even tried to get myself out the situation but I couldn't, it was either deal with it or me getting killed".

"You coulda call me Sanai, I don't want to hear all that other excuse you shoulda call. Would if something did happen to you? Me or your momma wouldn't know nothing, we would have to find out on the news. I done lost two kids and I'll be damn if I lost you to" he was in tears then and I feel horrible I don't like to see my daddy like this.

"I'm sorry" I say above a whisper, he got up from the couch and left out the living room leaving me there. Once I got myself together I left out the house heading home. Jaxon was mad at me so he wasn't talking to me not even my brother, momma, or my daddy. Nothing can't never go right in my life.

Austin

Sanai didn't tell me everything, she only told me half but after what she said I couldn't stand to hear the rest.

"Is everything okay"? Ashley ask.

"No not really" I went in the bedroom sitting on the bed not wanting to be bother, which I hope Ashley don't bring up Jewel name.

"I know you probably frustrated or whatever but I wanna know Austin are you cheating on me"?

"No Ashley I'm not, Jewel was just someone I help out in the store that's it".

"Really so nothing else happen"?

"No".

She began to chuckle a little while chucking to herself. "Why you lying to me Austin, tell the truth cause you know I can find out".

"Ashley for the last fucking time nothing happen between me and that girl, can you not get that through that crazy head of yours damn" she was really pissing me off.

"OH SO NOW I'M CRAZY AUSTIN"!!?!!!

Ashley began to yell while holding a knife in her hand walking towards me.

"Girl if you don't put that knife down, baby listen to me I didn't mean to say that or even get mad please put the knife down so we can talk" I was trying to stop her from getting close to me.

"I saw the both of you sitting together at Subway, I seen how you was looking at the big lip bitch. I'm about to have your child A and this how you treat me".

"I'm sorry baby but nothing happen she seen me and ask to keep me company, all we did is talk Ashley you gotta believe me".

"Whatever I don't care do you Austin, since I'm crazy go run to her" she drop the knife and left out the room. I stood against the wall sliding down unto the floor placing hands on my face, look what I have done.

Caleb

Man today was crazy Jaxon jump stupid on home boy, I not to long ago got off the phone with my dad. He kept talking about what Jaxon did to the dude, he act like a girl all he do is gossip.

When I came home Mimi end up heading back out, so I became anxious. I wanted to know what was up with her leaving all the time, so I start going through her stuff.

"CJ what is you doing going through my stuff"? She scared me a little cause I didn't hear her come in.

"You seeing someone"? I went on ask I'm getting tired of thinking if she is or not.

"No why you ask me that? I would never cheat on you".

"Then why you keep leaving the house and don't come back until the morning huh what's up with that"?

"Okay I'm sorry CJ I'll stop coming home late".

"See you didn't even answer my question what are you doing behind my back Mimi"?

"It's nothing Caleb just drop it" her phone start going off so I grab it before she could.

"Caleb give me back my phone" she tried reaching for it but she couldn't get to it.

I end up answering the phone. "Hello who is this calling my girl phone"?

"What"?

"Nah playboy she won't be dancing nowhere, matter of fact she won't be working there and lose her damn number" and with that I ended the call.

"So you out there shaking ya ass for other niggahs to see, how long you been keeping this from me"?

She didn't say nothing or even bother to look my way. "Man whatever" I drop her phone on the bed and left out. I can't she been doing this behind my back, I grab my car keys and left out. I needed to clear my head and cool off before I did something I regret, sometimes I let my temper get the best of me.

Jaxon

I wasn't speaking to Sanai at the moment, I was still heated from earlier.

"Jaxon honey you should go talk to her" my mom tells me, I told her to leave I'll be alright but no she was worried.

"All that crap you did to that boy wasn't call for" Jewel put her two cents in.

"Jewel shut the hell up talking to me, you should be the last person talking. I seen how you was looking at Austin and trust me you don't want me to go there with you".

"Okay that's enough" my mom tell us both.

"Nah ma let him keep on talking, he thinks he's all that now cause he move here and start his music career".

"Apparently you think you all that walking around here like you Ms. Perfect, sitting up here like you living the marvelous life when you ain't nothing but a hoe".

I held my face once my momma slap me, "Watch your mouth and don't be talking about your sister like that".

"Forget that momma I'm gone ahead and tell it like it is. Jewel ain't nothing but a hoe, fucking around with her own father while you was gone bitch disgusting man get the fuck out of my place" I say referring to Jewel who was now crying which I didn't care. I got sick and tried of her even when I was young she use to always push me around so there it is I told her business.

My mom didn't say nothing else she grab her purse and left out as well. It's sad that she had to find out like that but oh well it is what it is.
