Sue me / Sandor Clegane / Vaera Targaryen out now!

" I'm sorry. I did, I crossed a line. I didn't mean to!" Criston declared pulling on his pants.

" Who says something like that right in the middle of sex?" Alicent countered marching around her chambers

" I don't know, it just came out. People say weird things during sex all the time.... Im assuming."

"Okay, well, they sure as hell don't say that."

"It was the heat of the moment." He offered.

" No, the heat of the moment is, ooh, yeah, just like that, not will you marry me?" Alicent demanded.

"I'm sorry. Just, just give me another chance."

"Why, so you can crawl under the covers and go, hey, baby, want to go look for houses in neighbourhoods with a big backyard for ara to play in?"

"We would be suburban legends." Criston teased. Alicent glared back at him

"Criston." She warned.

"Again, I'm sorry. You know, with davina and tommens wedding anniversary and the big party viserys is throwing them... I got caught up in a little wedding fever. I take it back." Criston decided

" You can't take something like that back. I mean, what are we even supposed to do now?"

" Okay, at some point, we'll look back and this is going to be a funny story. Why don't we just start doing that now?" Criston offered

"You're kidding." alicent drawled grabbing some wine

"No. Hey, do you remember that time when I proposed to you in bed? And you were all, like, what are you doing? That was so funny. So funny..."

" It's not funny. Im married. Im the queen. It will never be funny."

"Give it a minute. Is that a little smile I see there? I should go." Criston realized fixing his shirt and heading out.

The reason it hurt so much was because it could never be. Alicent was married to a man she didnt love and criston was perfect and wonderful and took care of her and the kids and yet... when he asked when he said those words it was like venom to her ears. A request she could never fulfill a request that she wanted so badly to happen. So it hurt.  It cut bone deep.

"Idiot." Davina declared.

"Thank you,"'alicent agreed.

"Of course you would. What a douche."

"Its my fault i suppose."

"Its not your fault hes like in love with you." Davina assured. "Us women cant control our raw feminine sexuality."

"I treat us like a relationship more than guard and queen. Lines are blurred. Lines are very blurred," alicent realized.

"Lines are sticky with his cum," davina challenged. Alicent turned red.

"Davina." Alicent rasped.

Ara pointed at a flower with a little chubby finger.

"Daisy." Larys answered. She pointed to another. "Daffodil." She pointed dramatically to another. "Lilac." She pointed again.

"Eager to learn your flowers?" Harwin said coming uo behind them. Ara smiled waving up at him.

"The little princess found me in the gardens. She wanted to learn." Larys answered.

"Jaaa-ssss?" Ara questioned larys chuckled as harwins lips pursed into a tight line.

Harwin knew ara was asking if he knew where jace was. Larys knew it too. But larys also thought yes that might be what jace looks like one day. Yes ask his father where he is.

"Ja-"

"I dont know princess." Harwin answered

"No?" She pouted up at him before turning to the flowers and pointing again. She tapped larys and showed him which flower she wanted to know.

"Poppy."

Alicent smiled as ara told her, in her own little way all the flowers that she learned.

"What color was it?" Alicent questioned tucking her into bed. Ara debated that before looking at her dress and poking the color that matched. "Very good. Thats green. Thats blue..."

"Ouuu!" Ara agreed.

"Goodnight my littlest love." Alicent whispered putting her down to bed.

"Mama!" Ara agreed blowing her a kiss.

"My aranyani." Alicent whispered heading to her chambers next door.

"Have a good night, your grace." Criston said from the door alicent sighed moving past him.

"Okay, you, too." She agreed softly

"Alicent... just, wait. I've been thinking about what I said when we were in bed last night." Criston begged following her in.

" Yeah, I've been thinking about it, too." Alicent agreed it hadnt left her mind.

"I noticed you never answered me."

"You're right." She agreed kissing him. "No. Because im already married."

" Uh, follow-up. Are we still us?"

"Yes," she confirmed

"Is it still weird 'cause I proposed?"

"Oh yeah." Alicent agreed.

" I have a couple more quick questions. Do you want to-"

"No." Alicent countered moving to aemonds chambers instead and leaving criston in the doorway.

"I think that went pretty well."
