The engine's rumble ceased as N-27 expertly parked her motorcycle in the secluded alleyway. With a swift glance around, she scaled a nearby rooftop, her movements silent and deliberate. Her gaze fixed on her target, she leaped from rooftop to rooftop, closing in on the academy.

Deploying her grappling hook, she secured it to the academy's rooftop and scanned the vicinity. A car parked outside caught her attention—an unexpected presence that demanded haste.

Spotting an open window, she muttered to herself, "That must be Klaus's doing." With calculated grace, she swung through the window, releasing the grappling rope and executing a silent roll to cushion her landing.

Inside the room, she took a moment to survey her surroundings, it was Klaus' room . Moving swiftly through the hallway and up the stairs, she reached Mr. Hargreeves' office. Aware of the layout, she tested the right-hand door—surprisingly unlocked.

Entering cautiously, she swiftly assessed the empty room before making a beeline for The Monocle's desk. Quietly rifling through drawers, she sifted through papers and files, searching specifically for the vial's last copy.

Disappointment crept in as she found only irrelevant documents. She turned to the cabinet on her left, finding more of the same. Just then, the sound of gunfire from downstairs jolted her senses, urging her to hasten her search.

With heightened urgency, she checked drawers she had initially overlooked, ignoring any noise she might inadvertently make, knowing that the commotion downstairs would mask her movements.

She scanned the disheveled office once more, disappointment clouding her features as she realized her mission had come up empty. As she turned to leave, footsteps and the metallic clink of a weapon caught her attention. Hazel, brandishing a flail, and Vanya who was ascending down the stairs oblivious to the danger.
