Chapter 1 :The Valkyrie Princess Knight

"Sometimes Home, isn't where you thought you belong. Home is where you know You belong." A woman says in a soft voice.

We fade from black to see Raven cuddling with Lily, the two of them stir, waking slowly. Lily stretches and yawns, she scratches her head as she jumps up and off the bed. She walks over to the window in their room, looking outside she spots something that widens her Eyes.

"Rave!" She jumps on the bed, "Rave! Wakey wakey Ravey!" She says energetically. She hops and pushes moving Raven from side to side, back and forth.

"Mmm, hmm? What, Lily? What is it?" Raven says with sleep heavy words.

"There's something outside, I think we need it." Lily says running over to the window again. "It's right there, Raaave... Ravvve... Rrrraaaaavvvvve.. come on, come look!" She says in a playful Tone.

Raven fixes her shirt as she stands and walks over to the window.. "what?"

"Over there, in the trash"

"In.. in the trash?" Raven tries to lean in to take a closer look and bumps her head on the window. "You didn't see that."

Lily holding her mouth, trying to stop the inevitable laughter. "I... Did!" She burst out. "Raven, there's a window there, did you miss it? Oh wait, you hit it!" She says as she pokes Raven.

"What's in the trash?" Raven says while rubbing her head. Lily opens the window, and points.

"That! It's the missing piece!" She runs over to their small closet. And takes out a bin, inside is scraps of cloths, Tape and cardboard. She takes out what looks like a makeshift cardboard and tape shield, and what seems to be a helmet. But it's unfinished. She runs to Raven holding it up to her. "I need it to finish my costume... for Halloween. Im gonna be a Valkyrie princess Knight." Raven looks at it with a smile. Then outside at the trash.

"Lily occasionally looks outside this window once or twice every week. Shes making a costume.. maybe I could help her, maybe I could.. buy her a real costume." Raven thinks to herself.

"Rave? Can you get it for me? I'm not allowed out there anymore." She asks with a big smile and big eyes. Raven playfully Crosses her arms.

"Okay. My Princess... I take upon myself this quest." Raven says doing a mock curtsy. "But wait, why aren't you allowed back there?"

"Umm, I can't remember. Oh wait, there was this creepy guy back there, he tried to.." Lily stops, deep in thought, She then smiles. "All I know is Mrs Valentine Told me he was a sick man and he would've hurt me."

"Mrs valentine? I don't think I know her." Raven says, trying to hide her thoughts. "Oh God, she was so close to being.... Kidnapped, who would've known what he had planned for Her.. she doesn't Know how close she was to.. losing her innocence." Raven thinks.

"Yeah, she was gone way before you got here, last year, she left before my birthday. She was the only one to celebrate it and give me a gift. Usually a cupcake! I miss her. You would've liked her." Lily, leans against the wall looking at Raven. "And Rave? That's Valkyrie Princess Knight Lily!" She declared with a wide smile. "But as my loyal servant, and Best of friends! I shall bestow upon you this." Lily hands her a cardboard and tape Sword. "Let it protect you on this journey."

"Im honored, Thank You.. uh.. Valkyrie.. Princess.. Knight Lily!" Raven says as she grabs the sword, she holds it to her side and winks at her as she walks out the room. Raven leans against the door letting out a breath.. "God, Lily.. you're so innocent, this world.. I'll protect you from it.." she whispers to herself. Raven walks through the Foreign yet Familiar Halls, the other kids and teens silhouettes in her vision as she walks past, her gaze towards the floor. She hears whispers, can't make them out, but surely they're negative. Finally she gets to the back door. She turns the handle and it's locked she turns it a few more times before she hits the door. "Shit.. fuck, where? I gotta go all the way around." She sighs slightly frustrated, but she looks at her new sword and smiles. She walks back through those hallways, her eyes centered to the door, blurring everything else out. She finally reaches the Door and heads out, heading around she looks at the sky, rain clouds gathering. She walks around and the back gate is Locked by a chain. She can see Lily watching from the window. She secures the sword to her side and starts climbing. She climbs the Ten Foot Fence, and climbs down the other side. She walks over to the trash and grabs the cardboard boxes Lily wanted. Under them she sees a small Rag. She grabs it and drops it immediately as she saw the blood, the rag releases a switchblade, blood still on it. "What the fuck.." Raven says as she kneels by it. She Hears the Chain being Cut as the rain slowly falls. She turns and sees them.
