Migs didn't know that today was Amara's flight back home. While Migs and Jazz were teasing Madie, Jazz excused herself to go to the restroom. Migs asked if she wanted company, but Jazz declined, "Thank you, Migs, but I can handle it. Enjoy yourself, I'll be back soon," she said with a smile. As Jazz went to the restroom, Amara stepped up to address the crowd, and everyone quieted down for a moment. Clade's mom announced her daughter's return, and Amara walked up to the stage, greeting everyone with a laugh, "Hi everyone, do you still remember me?"

People laughed, but Migs' world turned upside down. She felt excitement seeing Amara, but then the painful memory of Amara's perceived betrayal struck her, causing her heart to ache. Her heart palpitated, and she stood frozen. Madie ran to Amara, hugging her tightly. Amara, surprised to see Madie, picked her up, and Madie exclaimed, "I miss you, Ate Amara."

"I miss you too, baby. How are you?" Amara replied, hugging Madie even tighter.

Madie, tears in her eyes, said, "I missed you a lot, Ate Amara. You said you'd be back soon, but it's been a year."

Amara smiled softly, "Ate Amara was really busy. I'm sorry." She kissed Madie on the cheek. As Amara put Madie down, Madie grabbed her hand and led her towards Migs. Amara, seeing Migs, ran to hug her and kissed her on the lips, unaware that Migs had a girlfriend. Migs couldn't move as Amara kissed her, and Amara said, "I missed you so much, baby. Are you okay now? I'm really sorry for leaving you," and tried to kiss Migs again.

Migs avoided her, and Amara looked confused. Then, Migs saw Jazz standing there, stunned by the scene. Migs walked over to Jazz, grabbed her hand, and led her outside. Amara followed them, grabbing Migs' hand and asking, "What's wrong?"

Migs glared at her, "I waited for you for so long! I called you so many times, I messaged you, but you never responded. You can't blame me for moving on." Tears streamed down Migs' face.

Amara, explaining through her own tears, said, "My phone broke, so I didn't see your messages. I got a new phone and a new number."

Migs angrily asked, "Then why didn't you message me?! I know you were cheating on me, Amara! I saw it on your social media. You were with someone else."

Amara burst into tears, and Migs' heart broke seeing her cry. Migs got into her car, sobbing uncontrollably, and Jazz tried to comfort her. Migs drove Jazz home, and Jazz kissed her before she left. Migs then drove to a bar, where she drank heavily and cried, questioning herself, "Why did she come back? Does she want to break me again?" She ordered another drink, but in her drunken state, she bumped into another drunk guy. She apologized, but the guy punched her. Migs, too drunk to fight back effectively, got punched again, and her face was soon covered in blood. The bouncer intervened, helping Migs to a seat and grabbing her phone to call someone. The first call went unanswered, so the bouncer tried Clade's number.

"Hello, Migs?" Clade answered.

"Hello, sir. I'm a bouncer at a bar. Are you a friend of Migs?" the bouncer asked.

Clade replied, "Yes, what happened to her?"

"She got into a fight and is pretty beat up. Can you come pick her up?" the bouncer explained.

Clade, worried, drove to the bar with Amara. They found Migs, her face bloody and bruised. Amara hugged her, but Migs pushed her away. Clade assisted Migs to the car and drove her home. Once there, Amara insisted on helping Migs to her room. Clade placed Migs on her bed and left the room. Amara grabbed some towels and a first aid kit to tend to Migs' wounds. After finishing, Amara spoke softly to the sleeping Migs, "I'm so sorry, Migs. I know it's my fault. I'm really sorry, my love. If you've found solace again, I'll let you go. Be free, my love." She kissed Migs on the lips.
