As Migs and Amara were walking, a car suddenly sped towards them. Without hesitation, Migs pushed Amara out of harm's way, but in doing so, she was struck by the car. Everything slowed down for Amara as she witnessed Migs covered in blood, lying on the ground.

Amara, with tears streaming down her face, managed to get up and ran, desperately searching for help. She flagged down passersby, who quickly called for an ambulance. Both Migs and Amara were rushed to the hospital.

At the hospital, Amara called Migs' father, informing him of the accident. Migs' father and Madie arrived in a panic. Migs' father embraced Amara tightly, overwhelmed with worry for his daughter. Madie, tears streaming down her face, hugged Amara gratefully, relieved to see her safe despite the ordeal.

The hospital staff immediately took Migs into surgery to address her injuries. Amara stood by, her heart heavy with fear and hope, praying for Migs' recovery. The waiting felt endless as they anxiously awaited news from the doctors.

After the accident, Migs' father asked Amara what had happened. Through tears, Amara explained that it wasn't an accident; the car had deliberately targeted them. Migs' father, filled with concern and determination, hugged Amara tightly. He knew exactly who could be behind such a deliberate act.

Migs' father swiftly left Amara and Madie at the hospital, arranging for two bodyguards to protect them. Meanwhile, Amara's family arrived, deeply worried about her well-being. Amara rushed to them and was enveloped in a hug, feeling comforted by their presence amidst the chaos.

Clade, Amara's brother, hugged Madie warmly. They had formed a close bond, and Clade had always seen Madie as a sister figure, much like he saw Amara. As Amara explained the terrifying events to her family, they were shocked and outraged by what had transpired. The gravity of the situation sank in as they realized the danger that Amara and Migs had faced.

While they were waiting for the doctor, a few minutes later, a doctor emerged from Migs' room and delivered the devastating news: Migs was in a coma. Amara couldn't hold back her tears, and her family comforted her in this difficult moment. Amara's dad reassured her, promising to seek justice for what had happened to Migs.

Hours later, Migs' father arranged for a private room for her, and insisted that Amara should get some rest while they waited. Amara's parents decided to leave briefly to fetch her clothes. Amara desperately wanted to be by Migs' side, and Clade volunteered to stay with Migs, providing support and company during this critical time.

As days turned into weeks and weeks into months, Amara faithfully remained by Migs' side, waiting for her to wake up from the coma. Migs' father, seeing how devoted Amara was, gently persuaded her to go home and rest. Reluctantly, Amara agreed, knowing that she needed to take care of herself too.

Back at home, Amara spent the days resting and preparing herself mentally to face the challenges ahead. Each morning, she would go to Migs' school to update her teachers and classmates about Migs' condition. Without Migs beside her, the halls felt empty and the days seemed longer. Every Saturday or Sunday, Amara would visit Migs in the hospital, bringing fresh flowers and talking to her as if she could hear.

Months passed, and amidst the emotional rollercoaster of hope and fear, Amara graduated from school. Determined to stay close to Migs, she spent every day at the hospital, supporting Migs in whatever way she could. It was during this time that Amara received an opportunity to work in America. Excited yet torn, Amara approached Migs' father with a heavy heart, seeking his permission to pursue this opportunity.

Migs' father, understanding the importance of Amara's career and seeing how much she loved Migs, gave his blessing for her to go. They hugged tightly, both knowing the weight of their emotions in that moment. Amara then turned to Madie, whom she had grown close to over the months. Tearfully, Amara explained that she was leaving for work and asked Madie to take care of her Kuya Migs.

Madie, overcome with emotion, hugged Amara tightly. "I'll take care of Kuya, Ate Amara. Just come back soon," she whispered, trying to hold back her tears. Amara reassured Madie, promising to return as soon as she could.

That evening, Amara went back to their house to prepare for her journey to America. She packed her belongings carefully, making sure everything was in order for her flight the next day. Before leaving, she visited Migs one last time in the hospital room they had grown so accustomed to. She gently kissed Migs on the forehead and whispered, "Goodbye, my love. I'll be back soon." The room felt heavy with the weight of their love and the uncertainty of what lay ahead.
