2 years pasted since Serenas birth, Serena is very bubbly and active toddlers, always running around and playing with things she shouldn't play with. Eres is now 7 while Sirus is 6. One morning, Elaine and Alitar are awoken by Serena jumping on their bed. Elaine checked the clock, and it was only 4 in the morning.

Serena had a habit of waking up early and always went to her parents to wake them up as well. Elaine groans tiredly, and her husband stirred beside her, looking tired as well. Elaine groaned, not wanting to deal with an energetic toddler at such an early hour. "Serena..it's four In the morning sweetheart." Elaine sighs as Serena couldn't be careless. Seeing that her parents were awake now, Serena cheered happily, giggling loudly as she kept jumping up and down on the bed. She seemed oblivious to the early hour as she laughed and played with the bed covers, clearly not tired at all.

Elaine sighed, not having the energy or patience to deal with her at that hour. She looked at her husband, who seemed just as tired as she did. He groaned as he sat up, blinking tiredly. Serena continued to giggle and jump on the bed, not letting her sleepy parents stop her from having her morning play time. She seemed to not even care that it was early and that her parents weren't in the best of moods at the moment. Elaine glanced over to her husband, who was slowly waking up. He sighed as he rubbed his eyes and sat up in bed, looking just as tired as she was. "Darling, I have a feeling today is going to be a long day," she said, sounding exhausted.Elaine sighed again as she watched Serena's antics. "Serena, come here, sweetheart," she said gently, trying to sound as patient as she could. "It's very early, and we're still tired," she said softly. "But you're welcome to come and cuddle with us if you want." The toddler laughed and continued to play, as if she didn't understand what her mother was saying.

Elaine sighed, not having the strength to keep trying to get Serena to stop playing. Elaine's efforts were not going anywhere, Queen Elaine groaned as she sat up on the bed. She was exhausted and didn't feel like dealing with Serena's early morning antics. She looked over at her husband, who looked equally tired and frustrated. "Can you take care of her, please?" she asked, her voice full of weariness. "Of course, my love," her husband said, his voice full of understanding as well. He gently got out of bed and went over to Serena, picking her up in his arms.Later that morning, Elaine was sitting at the dinner table with her sons and her daughter Serena, all of them eating breakfast. Eres and Sirus were both excitedly talking and laughing at each other as they ate their breakfast. Meanwhile, Serena was just quietly eating, not really saying anything or doing much.

Alitar was sitting at the head of the table, ignoring his sons completely as he focused all his attention on Serena, smiling lovingly at her as she ate. Elaine looked over, noticing that he was blatantly favoring her daughter over her sons. Elaine had been noticing her husband's blatant favoritism of their daughter over their sons for a while now, and it was starting to worry her. She had always brushed it off as father-daughter bonding, but now it was like he was acting as if his sons didn't even exist. He was constantly giving his attention to Serena and barely even acknowledged Eres and Sirus. Elaine felt bad for her sons, knowing they must be feeling left out and confused by their father's behavior. She couldn't help but wonder what was going on with her husband. As the family ate breakfast, Alitar couldn't stop staring at Serena and showing her affection. He was showering her with attention and barely even looked at his sons as they ate.

Eres and Sirus were both starting to feel insecure and a little jealous of their sister. Elaine watched the whole situation with growing concern. Was he starting to love her more than his sons? Elaine was very aware of her husband's favoritism over their children. Before Serena was born, Eres was his favorite and was always praised and given special treatment. He also frequently neglected his youngest son, Sirus, and often called him a mistake and a disappointment. Elaine knew that her husband had treated their sons unfairly for years, but she thought that with the birth of Serena, they would all be treated equally.
