Sirus grumbled as he sat in the limo that drove through Solaria. Serena sat next to him, smiling as she played with Dovie. Sirus didn't say a word. He had a scowl on his face as he watched his little sister play with her bunny. He didn't understand why she loved to play with a stupid little bunny. It was pathetic. Serena was completely unbothered by her brother's attitude. However, she loved her little bunny, and nobody could take that away from her. Eres sat on the right next to Serena, looking out the window. Elaine and Alitar sat on the seat facing them. Eres was bored out of his mind. The ride was long, and the scenery was boring as hell so far. He was tired of watching the window, and he was tired of listening to his family. He leaned his head back on the seat and started to doze off. Elaine could tell that her son was bored, so she decided to start up a conversation with him. At least she wouldn't be listening to Sirus and Serena arguing like last time.

"So, you're turning eighteen soon. Have you started making plans on what you want to do once you get your throne?" She asked curiously, her eyebrow raised in question. Eres lifted his head and looked over at his mother. He gave her a slight shrug in response. "What do you want me to do, mother? You and your father have every single part of my life planned out for me. I don't even have a choice in the matter." Eres responded. He sounded a bit annoyed and frustrated. Elaine sighed at her son's response. "Eres, I know you don't like this whole idea. But it's already been decided, there's no changing it. You're going to have to live with it. And besides, you'll be a great king." Elaine smiled softly as she thought of her son taking his rightful place on the throne.

"You don't know that," Eres muttered under his breath. He turned away from his mother and looked back out the window. His jaw tensed as the thought about his future. It angered him that his mother expected so much from him without even asking if he wanted this for himself. "I think you'd be a good king! You're great at making disingenuous for me and Sirus!" Serena chipped in with a bright smile holding Dovie to her chest. Eres' face softened as he heard his little sister's comment. A small smile tugged at his lips, and he gave her a gentle pat on the head. "Thanks, Serena," He said gently.

Elaine chuckled softly at her children's interaction. It seemed like Serena was able to make any situation better. She was like the light in the darkness.
Sirus muttered under his breath as he sat silently in the corner. The rest of the limo ride went well for Eres anyway. Serena continued to play with Dovie, Eres talked with his mother, and Sirus just sat in the corner with his arms crossed. The only thing he complained about was how long the ride would take, which was pretty much expected by the rest of the family. When they finally arrived at the castle, it was late. The sun had already started to set in the sky, painting the sky in a beautiful array of purples and oranges.

Everyone had already gotten out of the car, the driver pulled the suitcases out of the back, and Sirus and Eres grabbed one each. The castle was tall and beautiful in the evening sunlight, and the royal family was welcomed at the entrance by the king and queen of Isis. The Isis royals greeted them with warm smiles. They were excited for their guests to arrive.
"King Alitar of Solaria, what a wonderful surprise! We've been expecting you," The Isis king beamed.

"Queen Elaine, how great it is to see you again," the Isis queen gushed as she approached the other queen and gave her a gentle hug.

The queen and the king of Isis' children stood at their parents' sides, looking at their guests with curious eyes. The Isis children looked in aw at Serena, Eres, and Siruss outfits. All three of the Solarian heirs wore lavish yet stunning clothing. Sirus had on a black jacket that fit his muscular build perfectly. It hugged his arms tightly and left nothing to the imagination. His pants were also black and flared at the bottom, his boots also black with a small heel.
