Heirlooms And Auditions?

I walk in throwing my shoes on the shoe rack after yelling Claire's parents a 'thanks and goodbye'

"Mom? Mother? Mother dearest?!" I yell out hoping somehow my mother didn't die after a week of living in Arcadia

"I'm in hear stupid!" she's yell back being in the living room

I walk into the living room seeing my mom sitting down with a fancy box in her lap I raise an eyebrow and sit down infornt her

Okay mom being serious and a fancy book? What a good combination

"Well what's up?" I ask confused

"So this is for you" she puts it on the table and gently pushes it over to me

Okay looks like a gift? I guess I was good enough to get a gift of some sort?

"Thanks I've always wanted a gift? I ask confused

"Stop being stupid and open the box" she says seriously

I raise an eyebrow and open the fancy box finding a pretty braclet

"Okay what's this?" I say whole putting the braclet on finding it pretty

"So dont interrupt me while I talk and I'm serious" I nod actually listening to her while I listen to her

"Well you know Sheila she's a really powerful sorceress I'm sure that you do"

I nod before she continues talking

"Well then I don't need to explain the whole thing well she was born with a twin Aurelia who was born without powers unlike her sister but then she turned to evil and joined their forces leading her and her sister to part ways with Sheila giving powers to good and her sister Aurelia giving powers to evil"

I nod finding this interesting before she speaks up

"Well that bracelet is a family heirloom coming from Sheila herself. Stella you are Sheila and Aurelia's great great somethings granddaughter" she said seriously before I get my phone and start dailing someones number

"What are you doing Stella?"

"I'm dailing a therapist obviously you need one because what you said is not real!"

"What? I knew you were to immature to handle this!"

"Immature? Mom I'm doing some very mature by calling someone that can help you!"

She looks at me annoyed before she gets up gets her keys and walks out the door salming it on the way

I sigh put my phone down and walk up to my room and hide the fancy box under my bed and start doing my homework

The next morning I get up and start getting ready by doing my skincare and doing my hair in a cute low bun and I go downstairs with my bag

I reach the kitchen to see my mom on her phone ready for work before she looks up from her phone for a second then looks back

"I'm going to work take your bike to school" then she throws a breakfast bar at me takes her purse and leaves

I roll my eye's open the bar and eat it before getting my phone with my airpods and walk to the garage and get my bike I connect my airpods and put on a few fun songs like Toxic by Britney Spears and Hollaback girl by Gwen Stefani

I finally reach school a bit more relaxed and see Claire waiting for me at my locker I smile and walk up to her
