Antonia spent the afternoon making her mom's lobster roll and cannoli recipes for her evening with Nola. Maverick gave her a hand by tasting things and keeping her company. He kept her in fits of giggles, telling her funny stories about his cases as a PI and his time in the NYPD. She was actually surprised when she got a text from Nola telling her she was on her way to the condo. Cursing, she collected everything and hugged Maverick, and raced out the door. She got there just ahead of Nola and pulled out the photos she had pulled out of the photo albums when she made her plan to confront Nola, putting the screenshots of her conversation with Dallas near the bottom of the pile.

The knock on the door made her jump, and she pushed her hair off her face as she went to answer the door, feeling a little nervous about confronting her younger sister. She wished she had asked Maverick to come and stay in the bedroom. She didn't think Nola would get violent or anything, but she would have felt better with some backup. Deciding not to dwell on why she wanted Maverick over Raven, Jynx or D'Arcy, she opened the door and stepped back to let her in. "Hey Nola, come on in."

After a moment's hesitation, Nola stepped in and looked around curiously. "It's just us?"

"Yeah, Dallas is at work, and Raven and Jynx have other things going on." Antonia nodded to the table. "I made supper, and I have already gone through the albums and pulled the pictures."

"Oh." Nola walked over to the table and picked up the stack. "Wow, there's a lot."

"I know; I figured you could go through them while we eat." She walked over and picked up the plate of lobster rolls. "Are these still your favourite?"

Nola glanced up and looked surprised, then extremely happy. "Depends. Is it mom's recipe?"

"Of course," Antonia said as she set the plate on the table. I even have Polar Cream Soda to go with it." Their mother loved that particular brand of cream soda and kept the house well-stocked until her death. Antonia always kept a few in the fridge, mostly out of habit, but there were a few things that didn't feel right to drink anything else with, the lobster rolls being the top one.

Nola's whole body relaxed, and she sat down, nodding eagerly. "Then yeah, it's still my favourite. Antonia handed her a plate and a bottle of cream soda.

"Help yourself. I made cannolis, too." She watched as Nola grabbed one of the rolls and took a bite, looking a little apprehensive. Her eyes fluttered shut, and she let out a soft moan.

"Oh my god." She mumbled before swallowing. "It's exactly like moms."

"Well, it should be. It was mom's recipe, but I was the one making them most of the time." Antonia sat across from her and picked up one, taking a bite.

"I always remember Mom making them." Nola shrugged and started looking at the pictures. Antonia ate her sandwich and engaged in the conversation, discussing the different pictures that Nola would pause on. She was eating a cannoli when Nola flipped over the picture, and the first screenshot came up. She froze and went white but refused to look at Antonia.

"Don't want to talk about that one?" Antonia asked evenly. "Cause there are others underneath it."

After a few minutes of silence, Nola took a deep breath and looked up at her. She tried to appear unaffected and hard, but once again, Antonia could see she was scared. "I'm in love with him, and I'm not sorry."
