Minho POV:
I finally went to bed at the dead hour of 2 am after exhausting every bit of energy that made me so restless.
It was around 6:30am that i woke up again to go for my morning jog and workout. I needed to keep fit almost all the time because boxing is not at all easy on the body.I came back around 8:30am and took a bath, and by the time i was done, it was close to 9:00am. The house seemed silent too, seems like my roommate has already left. I got out and got dressed, but now i was starving and absolutely needed breakfast.
I boiled a few eggs seasoned with pepper and salt, a glass of yogurt- bananas - blueberry smoothie and a glass of water.
I thought of taking a small nap till 12pm, before going to the boxing gym. Ever since I won the last National tournament, I was taking it a little easy , a few weeks of rest, so my workouts weren't too tiring. I had worked so hard for my success, i knew i deserved this break. But i feel lonely without boxing, so i still go to the gym, goof around with my mentor and coach, practice a little, and later catch a coffee or sometimes a beer with my friends.
But obviously since my friends have their own leading life, they're busy on weekdays, so ill have to patiently wait for the weekend to meet them. Maybe one of them would be free, maybe.
Hana POV:
I woke up around 7:20am to get ready for college since my first lecture was at 8:30 and then there was some seminar for all third year students at 10am. I took a quick bath, did very minimal makeup, enough to make myself look presentable. I always skipped breakfast and grabbed a cup of coffee from my favorite cafe which was five minutes from my college.
I also realized, Minho wasn't home. This guy is weird, he stays up late and gets up early and is already out and about. I suppose the conversation would have to wait.
As I sat in the car, i was just thinking how crazy it was that I'm already in my third year of medical, how I'd succeeded to make it this far, and now I was just a few months away from turning 24 and in another 6-7 months, I'd start my 4th and last year. But other people in my year are already 25, but it was always like this, i was always younger than the other students.
Relax it wasn't because i was super smart or anything, i just started school early. That's a completely different kind of pressure, because when you see people with you doing better than you, even when they're a little older, its only natural to think that its your own short-comings.
I remember gave the college entrance exam when i was 17, joined college just 4 months before i turned 18th, for which i clearly remember, Seungmin and Jeongin made a big fuss about, took me out to have fun before i got engrossed into this new chapter in my life, threw me a small birthday party with just the three of us.
By the time i start my residency, I'd be 26 years old. Its scary, because me, you and everyone else knows how crucial and difficult the coming years are, it doesn't get any easier from here.
I reached the cafe in 10 mins, but since its morning time, there a lot of people waiting for their early morning caffeine fix. I already had to wait 5 mins just to give my order, receiving the order was another 5 mins and by the time it was ready, it was 8:20am. Good thing I'm only 5 mins away and if I drive a little faster, ill surely be there with at least 5 mins to spare.
