Sora was in bed in her pyjamas, ready for sleep, but doing her best to stay awake.

She was desperate to see the first snowflakes.

It had been years since it snowed near her home, and she'd almost forgotten what snow looked like.

She wanted to enjoy the spectacle nature was about to offer her for a day, as the weather would warm up by the following day.

Sora was glued to her window, looking out at the street lights.

Suddenly, her mouth opened and she stuck to the window, so close it was fogging up with her breath.

There are snowflakes,

oh my god,

it's snowing !

Sora rushed outside and felt the first cold flakes caress her skin.

She took a closer look at the shapes of the flakes that landed on her fingers and those that fell to the ground.

When she raised her head to the sky, she could see all the flakes slowly descending towards her.

She was amazed.

Sora tightened her scarf and started walking.

She wanted to see him. She wanted to see Riki.

She wanted to discover the snow with him and the beauty of the white ground that would gradually appear in front of their eyes.

Sora walked up to Riki's house and climbed the hill.

Yes !

I knew you'd be awake Riki.

Of course you are,

it was logical after all,

you were waiting for me.

Sora started waving her arms around while Riki had his headphones on.

He wandered around his room and danced sometimes, but he was putting his clothes away for the moment.

Sora watched him move around alone in his room, sometimes watching his lips sing.

Then he turned his head towards his window and Sora moved in all directions, shouting, "Riki ! Riki look, it's snowing !"

He saw her at last and hurried to open the window, removing an earphone from his ear. "Sora, aren't you cold ?"
