"Hey Mini Milk." I giggled, rubbing my bump in front of the mirror.
At 17 weeks, I finally had a bump forming. It wasn't that big yet, but you could see it if you looked.
"Did you have a good sleep?" I whispered, studying my stomach. "I did. But I'm missing your papa."
Costa had been gone for the last couple of weeks in Europe. He stopped in Sicily first and then flew to Serbia to meet with the Petrovic Family. We were making really good progress with the war against Kozlov, but Costa still insisted it wasn't time to try and kill him.
He said we only had one chance and we had to time it perfectly.
Part of me wanted to go back to Sicily with him since it had been a month since I was last there. But now that my family knew about my pregnancy, I was actually enjoying being in New York. Even with Costa gone, I was busy every day with Damian and Julius or my mother.
I was still stood in front of the mirror when I pursed my lips, now with the most important thing on my mind. "You want pastries for breakfast too, don't you?"

I thought Mini Milk was cute considering how much my baby also loved milkshakes. It's been proven by the number of times I randomly think about milkshakes - Reese's flavour to be exact. I never used to drink Reese's milkshakes before I was pregnant which is how I knew it my was baby.
My Mini Milk loves Reese's milkshakes.
My morning routine was the same ever since Costa left. I spoke to my Mini Milk the entire time while I got ready for work. Then I asked my driver to stop and get breakfast before heading to the office.
Unfortunately, while I would be hoping to start reducing my workload soon, My CFO, CMO and COO - all suggested by Costa - were ready to take on even more work.
"I don't know." I sighed, sifting through the financial projections in front of me. "If we go ahead with an expansion, we risk losing control of what we've already built - of what I've already built. With me leaving in a few months, it could-"

Romance"Hm. Is he a friend of yours?" "Yes." Costa nodded, reaching his hand up to move a stray piece of hair from my face. "If you ever let another man touch you again, there will be consequences. Do you understand?" He spoke so softly yet so ominously...
