"Y/N, you and your friends need to come downstairs the Hans are here and ready to leave!" Your mother shouts from the bottom of the stairs your eyes were trained on the screen in front of you as your character ran through the Valorant map, doing everything you could to secure your team a win.
"Give me a second Mom! The game is almost over." You shouted in response, your best friend Jaemin watching from the sidelines, he was just as engaged in the game as you were. It was a very close game, your team was winning by 1 point and the other team seemed like they had no plans to give up and you could turn the game around and help your team win.
It was silent downstairs, as you made your last move to win the game before someone barged in your room. Your eyes leave the screen for a split second, turning around to get ready to yell at whoever (who you assumed would've been your your younger sister) barged into your room as if they were the police before being met face to face with your ex-girlfriend Julie Han who so happened to still had your heart beating as if you were just shot by cupid's arrow, like she did when you first fell in love with her. But you were going to take that to that information to the grave, you roll your eyes before turning your attention to the screen again. You move your character to another spot on the map, looking for the last member of the enemy team.
"You know you shouldn't keep your guests waiting," Julie said from behind you let a loud scoff, deciding it was better to respond to her once you won the game. When the opponent from the other team finally appeared in your view, you took no time to kill them and you couldn't help but feel proud of yourself when you saw the victory screen appear, as your best friend Jaemin cheered from the side, you felt very proud of securing your team the victory and maintaining your winning spree.
