It's been a few months since Dahyun packed up and left you, you weren't sure what went wrong in your relationship that ultimately made her want to leave. The day she left, you felt as if everything happened in a flash and it was like you couldn't stop her from leaving no matter how hard you tried to stop her.

She already made her decision.

She had already decided she no longer wanted to be apart of your relationship.

The memories of the day she left still lingered on your mind, it was like a reoccurring nightmare that always popped up in your mind when you woke up to the moment you fell asleep.

*FLASHBACK*

its been a couple of hours since your argument with Dahyun happened, you guys still haven't spoken to each other.

No matter how much you guys tried to speak to each other in hopes you guys could fix your already damaged relationship, the fights would only get worse. Neither of you were listening to what the other had to say, nor did neither of you wanted to admit you were wrong.

But it was when you came back into the house after a phone call when you noticed that Dahyun was waiting for you, she seemed extremely nervous about something but you didn't know why but for some reason you were annoyed because you had thought maybe she just wanted to argue with you again.

You began to walk to your guys shared room only to be stopped by your girlfriend.

"Y/N can we please talk." She asked with a pleading look on her face.

"You probably just want to talk about all the things I do wrong as a boyfriend again. I genuinely don't want to hear it." You scoffed as you quickly walked into your room, but it was like after you said that you felt extremely disappointed in yourself and you weren't sure if you should go back out to where Dahyun was standing to apologize and listen to what she had to say but your ego wasn't allowing you to do so.

The next few hours were silent, you and Dahyun were laying in bed with your backs turned towards each other with you on your phone watching some Youtube and Dahyun who you thought was asleep but it so happens she was thinking of ways on how she can fix your relationship but each idea that came to her mind felt useless and the only possibly solution she could come up with is her packing her stuff up and leaving.

You on the other hand thought you guys would be fine by tomorrow but you hadn't realized later that night you were going to be staying in the house alone.

She spent the remainder of the afternoon looking through videos and photos of your guys memories together, debating if leaving was really what she wanted to do. Which it necessarily wasn't but no matter how hard she tried to fix things with you it just didn't seem to work.

It was now dark outside and there she was in your shared bedroom packing up her clothes into a suitcase she pulled out from your storage closet. She was hoping she didn't run into you while she was trying to leave because she knew you would try to stop her but little did you know your back was pressed against the wall of your shared bedroom, waiting for her to leave the room so you could try to fix things.

Even though you knew it was too late.

It was your fault that she had came to the decision that she wanted to leave and you knew that.

You had felt off the entire day, something in your gut was telling you something bad was going to happen but now you knew what it was trying to warn you about.

As soon as Dahyun made her way out your once shared bedroom she was followed by her suitcase, your heart breaking at the thought she actually planned on leaving even though you knew that's what she ultimately resulted to but you only hoped you can change her mind.

"Baby.. Please don't do this." You croaked out as you followed her down the steps grabbing ahold of her arm to stop her, but you made sure your grip wasn't too tight where it could hurt her. When you watched her turn her attention to you, you could tell how much she was hurting with her decision and just from the way she was looking at you, you knew she didn't want to leave you.

"Y/N. Please let me go." She whispered, your heart aching even more when you watched her do everything to avoid looking you in the eyes.

"Please." You spoke out your voice was shaky, your hands slowly releasing her arm from your grip and you regretted in a instant when you watched her continue to make her way do the steps of the house you once thought was your home, but you realized your home was the person leaving.

It was the moment she turned your back towards you. you knew it was over but you still tried to stop her in hopes you could change her mind somehow.

But each plead for her not to do it, didn't stop her it wasn't til she was already on the street that you knew your pleas wasn't enough to bring her back to you.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

You hadn't realized but the memory had brought tears to your eyes, you couldn't stop yourself from screaming out in pain from the heartbreak that didn't seem to be healing at all, because you still loved her as much as you did the first day you met her.

you wish you could tell her "I still love you a lot." But you knew you probably would never see her again but you hope the day you did you can tell her everything you didn't say but now you guys were complete strangers.

hope you guys enjoyed this, this idea been on my mind for the past few days and i finally decided to write it but this was also my own way in slightly teasing that a dahyun fanfic was in the works but its going to be completely different from this one shot.
